Front desk staff member is not welcoming and VERY rude. Young ladies didn't want to assist children on the dinosaurs

We spontaneously decided to stop in on our way back to the DC area from a weekend in Philadelphia…read more Hours are 10am-5pm Wednesday-Sunday. Parking is free in the lot across the way. Admission is $15 and id say it was reasonable for the 4ish hours we spent. My kids loved the climbing/sliding cocoon that is at the front area upon arrival. The roadway with scooters was unique having never seen that at a children's museum before. The fitness exhibits with basketball and baseball were fun. Those tests at the beginning brought me back to the Presidential Fitness test era (IYKYK). The water play area probably was where we spent the most time, but that's always where we do at museums with a water play area. Another cool feature was the hollowed out redwood tree for climbing. The sections toward the back are designed for the youngest visitors but still have some fun stuff-like a mock farmers market and tire shop- for older kids. While there were no events on this day, it does look like they are listed as they come up on the website. Also, no food sold here (snacks are chips and candy) but there are two places across from the building to eat or you can BYO. While it is a smaller children's museum, it was still nicely done and we would definitely pop in again!

Great museum and good interactive space for kids ages 3 and up, featuring a variety of activities…read moreincluding water play, a cafe for pretending to buy fruits and vegetables, and dress-up as pirates. Kids can enjoy a reading nook, a mechanic shop, basketball, and pitching speed tests. There's also a mini-golf area on the boardwalk behind the museum. However, the gift shop is small, and the free parking lot is a bit of a walk, especially on hot days.

We were looking for a place to take the kids on a really cold day. Most of the indoor playgrounds…read morerequire a timed appointment, but this place didn't so we decided to give it a try. First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

Very cute, quaint space for children's gatherings. I came here to celebrate my niece's bday and she…read moreseemed to be having the best time in the obstacle course. There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. What I liked most is that there are private areas to gather in. Also, I did try the pizza, wings and fries - they weren't anything special but they were good... My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!

We finally ran into Michael Jackson the manager of this location and he told us the details on the opening. We were there on the first day and bought membership for my son first and then my daughter after realizing that we will be coming back time and time again. Well we were there yesterday having fun with my son, nephew, daughter and my friends daughter and I realized when I got home that my diamonds tennis bracelet was missing. I quickly searched everyplace I could have though about and remembered that I might have lost it when I was trying to rescue my friends daughter who got stock over a ball pit. We were the first once there today to ask if we can search for it. Michael Jackson who is always there from beginning to end got a team together to help us search the ball pit. We found it, I am so grateful to all the employees who were super helpful and and stoped the operation of that attraction to look for it. Beyond that this place is super fun, my super over active 7 year old and my 4 year old LOVE IT. We ended up opting out for the membership because the price just made sense for us for the amount of times we are planning to visit. We have only had pizza and popcorn there and it was good enough for the kids, the prices are average for these types of attractions. We definitely recommend it!!!!!

Maybe even a week, months... I dropped droplets of hand sanitizer on the table and wiped it up, and that actually cleaned it. Not only that, but I had to prompt the front desk every single time for either the go-karts or the Sky Rider. I would sit back and watch as my kids were ignored. This place is for kids, correct?! Then start acting like it, and please, for all that is decent, put some pressure behind it when and if you decide to deep clean that place. It's gross! Should have gone to Sky Zone.
