After another week or two while I was traveling again, I sold out help from a different stylist that told me the same thing and informed me that if I keep stretching it, it will damage it beyond being able to be used. I sent the unit back to Palm Beach Hair center and requested a refund to this date. I have not received one. It would've been nice.
