First time eating here and I have to say I was really impressed. Everything we tried was good. The bluefin belly and the Crispy Rice were amazing. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. The seats are really comfy. We were there for over two hours and not once did I feel like I needed to get up and move because I was uncomfortable. We had an early reservation and were excited to try this spot. At first, a few of us thought we had the wrong entrance because the front door was locked. You can enter through the Motto Hotel and back by Bar Kapu. Staff realized it wasn't unlocked yet. It's a beautiful and upscale restaurant. Our waitress was so amazing. Wow, this place was incredible. We were in town for a wedding and stopped in for a bite, but the wait for the main dining room was over two hours. Luckily, we were able to grab a couple of seats at the bar in the hotel lobby, which serves the same menu. We started with a few cocktails, and the bartender was fantastic--super attentive and full of great recommendations. For a starter, we ordered the edamame with truffle butter, which was amazing. For entrées, we went with the chicken fried rice, rock shrimp, and a sushi roll (can't remember the name, but it was beautiful). Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The fried rice portion was huge--definitely big enough to share. By the time the roll arrived, we were already full, but it was still excellent. Went with a large group for lunch on a stormy day this past fall. Service was pretty good given the size of the group, but the server had a superiority vibe towards me. Not sure what that was about unless I mispronounced a dish or something. The decor and ambiance are upscale and the prices reflect it. A non-alcoholic ginger drink was $11. Maybe it was a bar drink, but not obvious when ordering. The Tuna Poke Bowl was delicious and pretty. All the meals at the table were attractively presented. I came to Junto for a solo dinner last week and it was amazing! I made a reservation a couple of weeks in advance and was only able to find availability for 5:30pm. Fair warning that you will not find parking at this time, park at any spot you see in the vicinity. I was 30 mins late because of this but they still seated me. The service was great too, they came to check in on me a good amount of times and I got some great recommendations! Food: Yellowtail carpaccio: 10/10 it's perfect, the fish is so fresh and works perfectly with the orange oil and ponzu. The Serrano packs a necessary punch. I would eat 3 of these if I could! Hamachi Toro Aburi nigiri: it was really good and well balanced Madai nigiri: nothing too exciting but a good nigiri piece. I don't think the speciality nigiri is special enough to warrant its price. Mushroom Small Plate: this came recommended by my server and it was amazing. Mint and dill with intense mushroom umami left me wanting more! This is a must get with the carpaccio. The meal doesn't have to be too expensive if you get filling rolls but I'm not a big fan of creamy sushi so this meal was definitely pretty expensive. A great place for an occasion. read more

The service was great- everyone was so sweet and had good recommendations. We ordered 3 dishes to share an it was all SO good. I think any restaurant who offers edamame should offer one in spicy too. Which our waitress Joy created our own version and it was great! Their sushi is one of the freshest most flavorful sushi's I've had in a long time. The decor inside is stunning. Energetic mixed with classic. They have a lot of sake options....I just wish the had a hot traditional sake one. The typical sake carafe is actually used for their soy sauce. That's the only thing missing and please add to menu. Their mochurro dessert was also great. The miso caramel is....unique but their raspberry dip worked all the way. The Baja California was light, slightly spicy, and tasty. I booked a reservation for my 21st birthday and when I arrived I had one of the best tables in the restaurant, a handwritten letter written card from all of the staff, and a glass sake set. We had dinner at Junto on Saturday night after hearing several good reviews. I will admit that I was skeptical of a high end sushi restaurant in Arkansas but the meal was delicious. The sashimi and nigiri were fresh and top quality and the hot dishes were equally good. Favorites were the chicken teriyaki, yellowtail carpaccio (though this was too spicy for my husband), Baja California roll, crispy rice and kanpachi. A wonderful dining experience in whole. The food was delicious, and in my opinion, the perfect upscale sushi restaurant that Bentonville was missing. Quality of the fish and all the ingredients were fresh and perfect. Our server was quick, polite, and helpful despite only having worked there for barely over a month. While new to finer dining, she made up for inexperience for with her attentiveness and attitude. Ambience was great and enjoyable for groups as well as intimate dinners. The only hiccup was in their reservation system. We arrived at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm reservation. After hanging out at the bar for 15 mins, we checked back in to have to wait for an additional almost 30 minutes to be seated due to underestimating dining time and the proper table layout. I believe this was a symptom of being a new restaurant versus a symptomatic issue and believe they will get it fixed. Once they have this figured out, I'll definitely change it to a 5 star status. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and enjoy another meal here. read more

I don't even love sushi, but our waitress was so helpful in recommending certain dishes- & there's a lot of variety on the menu. We loved the Tuna Tataki roll, Volcano roll, & edamame. Junto is pretty pricey, but the cost was worth the experience. We highly recommend for a nice date night or celebration! We're already planning when we can go back to try more things. read more
