I first wanted to try it out to see if I liked it the tinted brows and lashes along with the facial. Both times the facial was first and was amazing and just overall peaceful and relaxing with subtle music that really puts you to sleep. Maddie did an amazing job! It got me hooked. This definitely is a service for the girls that might not do a full face of makeup but want to give their brows a fuller look. Love the tinted lashes too, I didn't have to put mascara on at all(granted I'm not a heavy makeup wearer). The tinted lashes last about 4 weeks and the brows last 6 weeks from what I was told and was also told to avoid oil base cleansers and makeup removers as that speed the process up. Because I liked it so much I booked the service again this time with Katie right before my trip to Mexico. Again she did a phenomenal job! I won't get it often but when I have a special occasion or just want to pamper myself this is a great option.

Felt like my hair didn't look any different when I left than it did when I got there. No one even noticed I got my hair done it was such a subtle change despite me saying I wanted to go much lighter. I also didn't like that their shop said it would cost a certain amount and I was charged DOUBLE that. I get that I have a lot of hair and use more product so I knew it would be slightly more. But I think if you're doubling the cost you should at least let the customer know ahead of time. Probably wouldn't come back. Attached before and after photos to see the minimal change.

After a few minutes he was called and received his haircut. That left me as the only male waiting. A few minutes later a gentleman came in and walked right to the back and was served. Instead the man cutting the hair was doing something and texting on his phone for at least 10 minutes. Then he disappeared in the back. As I continued to wait, being ignored...another man entered with a little boy. He walked right in. That was enough for me and I left. This is the worse service I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor...DO NOT go to this place. The only good thing I will say about this encounter is I didn't have to give them any money! I do not normally write bad reviews, but I had no choice in this circumstance. Avoid this place at all costs!
