Within four hours they loaded the U Haul truck at my studio in Fort Lauderdale and then downloaded all items in Delray. Nothing broke, everything arrived intact at my new place. They even put my tv in their personal car for extra protection since I did not have a proper box /blankets for that. The value is great since their pricing is pretty good. I also want to mention that my call for scheduling was answered by Yvonne and she has been truly very helpful and moreover she kept in touch throughout the process to ensure that all runs smoothly. I called at 3 pm, the crew arrived shortly after 5 pm and were done by 9 pm. They all get 5 stars from me

Apparently she doesn't even have any insurance to cover the cost of any accidents that may happen during your move. They also took four hours to move a one bedroom apartment from a storage unit. Save your time and money and go somewhere else not worth your time or money.

I was looking for a T-shirt printing company for a rush order on some shirts. I placed three calls to wizard creations this morning and got bounced around their phone system each time. I even selected an option for rush orders, which led me to a voicemail box that was not able to take messages. Maybe they're just that busy that new customers or opportunities aren't important. Just an observation.

I contacted this business mainly because of the rating and reviews it got here on yelp. I got a…read morevery quick response to give me a free estimate for my fairly large interior painting job. Jack, the owner, showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. He took a few days to get me a quote, and it was done differently from anyone else's. It was also much more expensive than anyone else. I called and asked about their ad, which states that they will beat any reasonable estimate by up to 20%. He said to send the quote over and he'd call me on Monday. Well, I guess that "reasonable" is very subjective. I texted that I realized the other quote was MUCH lower (I got 7 quotes, nearly all were much lower) and I didn't expect him to beat it. I thought that we could perhaps meet in the middle. I got nothing...no calls, texts or emails. Two days later at 8am, he finally texted that he would call me that day. Well, that's 12 hours ago and still nothing. Enough. I'm going with someone else. Communication is important on a big job and I'm not getting it.

I had just purchased my first home and was referred to Ruben by my realtor. Based on our agreement,…read moreI was promised three of his movers at $180/hour and was quoted five hours of labor ($900) after Ruben personally came to assess the amount of furniture I had. Things seemed smooth at first as the crew arrived around 9:30 AM and the majority of my belongings were loaded into the truck within three hours. However, once we arrived at the new house, two of the three movers left without notifying me. I assumed they were working inside the truck while the remaining crew brought items in. I even spent over $80 on lunch for all the movers, only to find out two of them had left for the day after just four hours. That's when the nightmare really began. It took over an hour to get my futon upstairs because they hadn't disassembled it. They even required my help to get it up the stairs during which they damaged my walls and staircase without repairing. I had to move boxes to the correct rooms myself, unwrap shrink-wrapped furniture, and deal with his phone breaks and gas station runs. Despite all this, by 10:30 PM- yes, over 13 hours later-Ruben requested $2,170 in payment, claiming he gave me a "discount" of $20/hour for 8 hours because two movers left early. That still left me paying well over double the original quote. To top it all off, my daughter's bed was still unassembled, my TV was sitting in the box on the floor, and several items hadn't been properly placed or finished. When I voiced my concerns about the lack of communication and unfinished tasks, I was met with a clearly frustrated and dismissive attitude. After a long and exhausting day, I was left feeling taken advantage of and extremely disappointed. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Poor communication, incomplete work, and a complete lack of professionalism.
