When the company showed up, they took everything that they were supposed to leave behind. This included their furniture, their military and medical documents, and irreplaceable keepsakes. After driving hours to meet the owners in person to figure something out, they were mocked and called names before the owners just walked away without offering even an apology for their mistake.
