They removed all baseboards 90% of which were undamaged and not even left for us. This was unbelievably stressful for my Mother who now cannot use the steps. I would like to speak to someone who can do something about this. It was over a year ago and I really didn't want to complain as I have been a big fan and employee of the company. I didn't want to complain at the time and damage the company image. But I have now brought this up 3 times, spoke with Brittany last week and nothing has been done. I want to speak to someone, preferably Jeri or Tim as Jeri did the estimate and both saw the damage pre-demo. It was not a large area and the hard work my Dad did to make the basement nice has been destroyed. Please contact me as soon as possible as I will seek council if need be, for multiple reasons.

The value came up to $150. when I got my car back it was literally spotless. the stains my kids leave and the hair my dog has shed were non existent. It looked like he bought the same car new.
