We came home to the kitchen ceiling caved in and 3 inches of water on the entire first floor. Pat and Lindsay have been AMAZING. They came out same day and Pat and his son stayed until midnight working to get water mitigation taken care of and moisture out of our home. Pat worked tirelessly over the next week tearing out drywall, flooring, and everything else that needed done. They were also incredibly kind to us when we have been going through such a challenge. Water mitigation has been completely worry free from our side thanks to Pat's Carpet Care. We cannot recommend them enough. They are hard working, diligent, and trustworthy. I'm confident you'll have an amazing experience using Pat's Carpet Care for whatever services you need. Hopefully in your case it isn't flood damage.

I first found Britt Felix back in 2016. (By our records). We had moved into a house where the…read morecarpet was in good shape but money not in the budget yet for new. We knew stretching the high traffic areas is all we needed really. We found Britt via a search. Britt did an amazing job and the price was great! Fast forward to this past week. 7 years later and new carpet install back in 2018ish. We knew we wanted to use Britt again and looked back at our records...Britt was still doing his amazing work! Lucked out with a day we actually had nothing going on with active teens and he got to work. Again he did an amazing job, totally transforming the high traffic areas to like new!! He works and gabs which I love and watching him work is interesting! He even repaired some work the carpet installers didn't do "just right"...and made it seamless. He has "furniture slides" for heavy furniture and pre-moving is suggested but we pretty much moved room by room. I moved, (some also with his help), he repaired and as he moved to the next space, I vacuumed and moved items back. I'm sure we will need stretching again in the future and we of course will use Britt again! Thanks again Britt!

I forgot all about it until last night. Whoops. When I realized that I hadn't scheduled the pick up I texted and thankfully they were able to pickup this morning. Two men arrived and they hauled out my junk within 1/2 hr-45 minutes. I was moving from Southside on Lamar. If you aren't familiar with it, it's an enormous building just south of downtown Dallas. There's no parking, everything is far and there's 3 elevators for daily use. My unit is a full city block from the closest elevator & on the 3rd floor. It's a real hike to get from elevator to unit and back and even to get items out the front door to your car. I hired Wee-Hawll because the effort to move this stuff would be big and we were already exhausted and taxed for time from the move. They were super professional, up front about the cost and quick. I will definitely use them again if I have more junk/trash to haul. I've attached a picture but there was a lot more than what it shows.
