Junk Demo Pros - A wall oven and a huge truck - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

James gave me a really good deal to get rid of some junk I had. I had 5 other quotes and he was the lowest. Not only that, but he came on a Sunday when everyone else didn't want to do the work. James was very pleasant. He is overall a happy humble guy that takes his job seriously. I'll be using his services again in the future! James is the real deal! Highly recommended read more

Junk Demo Pros - After junk removal - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

We called Saturday, late morning, trying to figure out what to do with a pile of junk we finally removed from our garage. Jaime answered promptly, and was able to squeeze us in that day. He showed up in a clean white truck, opened the back, threw our stuff inside, closed it up, and was on his way. All for a very fair price. Great guy, too! read more

Although I ultimately didn't hire this junk hauler for my project, I had a very pleasant experience communicating with them. They were responsive, professional, and went out of their way to answer all my questions. It's clear that they care about their customers and are dedicated to providing excellent service. Based on my interactions, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others! read more

Communicated well. Offered great price. On time. Would use him again when needed and would recommend to friends n family!

Jamie did a really good job and was really efficient with his time, he brought a huge truck, and was able to load everything i needed taken away. Even after a technical problem with yelp that was unfortunate, he was still able to give me the best quote out of everyone I called. The job he gave me a quote for was smaller, yet he still went out of his way to finish the larger job that was required. He is friendly and hard-working, and a pleasant guy to converse with, he was super responsive to my yelp inquiries and showed up on time and ready to work, if I have any other trash or debris removal jobs I definitely will hit him up. He definitely is also a family-oriented guy and I love the fact that his business is a small family business. read more

not be able to service; quick response but rather disappointed. We were willing to give away a damaged metal cabinet that has minor damage on the shelf panels. Very likely to be bended into position and be used. The seller gave us a full refund and we hope someone can spent a little time to make the cabinet useful. read more

Showed up on time ready to work, and was able to move our construction debris quickly!

Jaime was great. He was responsive to our initial messages and showed up exactly on time. Would definitely work with him again.

Precise with the time. Glad he committed to today. Was very responsive. Had a bigger truck than I expected so that's a plus. I'd recommend him. read more

Great service, affordable pricing. Punctual, Jamie arrived at the time he planed. Picked up everything I had to remove in a record time.

For a business owner to respond this unprofessionally to an honest review speaks volume about the type of business this is. When Jaime came, before he did any work, he was told to look at everything and ensure that he could do what we needed him to do for the agreed upon price. This is beyond the text exchanges. We even told him: now that you've seen everything in person, don't do any work or touch anything if you can't do it for the agreed upon price. He said ok, I can do it for the agreed upon price. This included dismantling kitchen cabinets. Not some dangerous work as he claims. Another demo guy dismantled all the kitchen cabinets without any damage to the floors in 30 minutes!! It's only after having started the work, that Jaime started with the excuses to extract more money. If you can't do the work, tell customers straight up. Not once you've started, trying to extract more money. Completely dishonest and unprofessional. Also, to claim that this work is dangerous is funny. Since when is dismantling kitchen countertop and cabinets is dangerous? It's basic demo work. Another company did it in 30 minutes without any drama, complaints or surcharges. And without damaging our floors! read more

Great experience! Friendly and nice. Showed up early and even helped clean up after all the junk was in the truck!!! This is the second time I have used this company and I will use him again! read more

I'm a new homeowner and decided to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. In order to update my kitchen I needed to demo to the studs and eventually have an engineer / contractor remove a wall between the living room and kitchen to create that "open kitchen" look. I contacted Jamie about the demo job on my kitchen and bathroom and he was able to give me a competitive quote (about $300 less) but most importantly he was able to start 3 days later. As I was in a bit of a rush I decided to go with him. I made the mistake of 1) not marking the walls with a sharpie while he was there and 2) not being there to oversee the work. I assumed that since he portrays himself as a "professional business with employees and experience since 2011" he'd know what he's doing. Also he never sent me an invoice in advance instead stating he would give me one once the work was done which should have been a red flag to me. Lesson learned. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Notice something wrong? AN ENTIRE SECTION of wall was not demo'd!!! I made it very clear to him what I was doing and for some reason he thought I'd leave a section of wall and pocket door for an open concept kitchen. When he suspiciously competed the work a few hours early and asked me to send him payment electronically (Zelle no less) so he could leave I asked him to send me photos. He sent me the photos and I thought it was a joke. When I realized he was serious I asked him why he expected full payment for an incomplete job he accused me of trying to "get additional work from him for free". Seriously?! He demo'd too far to the bathroom and not enough in the kitchen then blames ME for not being clear enough then threatened me by demanding full payment and stating that I "wouldn't want to see him upset". Ultimately he refused to complete the job as agreed and left me hanging for the rest of the demo which I had to do myself. The rest of the job was completed as agreed with the exception of the floors which he removed the tiles BUT did not remove the remaining adhesive or the linoleum underneath. Obviously I'm not going to lay new tile over the remaining adhesive and linoleum but of course these guys aren't too smart so that's something else I'll have to address when the times comes. Lesson learned. If you need simple basic labor or someone to throw away trash and haul stuff away go with them. If you need to prep for construction DONT USE THESE GUYS. read more

Jamie, Came at 9 am and left at 1:30pm, completing the job we had discussed on the phone in a matter of hours and not the days other companies had quoted. He gave me a quote sight unseen. And stuck to it at the site. he did a great job and it cost me exactly what he quoted, which these days , is miraculous. I am impressed and grateful. I highly recommend this company. read more
