Extremely disappointing experience -- do not rely on this company if you need dependable service…read more I ordered a 40-yard dumpster and was delivered a 30-yard dumpster instead. When I called about it, I was told that once the dumpster was full, they would come back and provide a 10-yard dumpster at the same price we were quoted for the 40-yard dumpster. That sounded like a reasonable solution--until we actually needed it. We have now spent nearly a week calling repeatedly to get the additional 10-yard dumpster. Each time, we are told it will be delivered "tomorrow." Tomorrow comes, and it doesn't. Then we're given another tomorrow. This has happened over and over, and as of this review, we still do not have the dumpster we were promised. The owner has blamed the delays on employees calling out and the company being short-staffed. I understand that staffing problems happen, but that's an internal business issue. Customers shouldn't have to absorb the consequences--especially after being given multiple specific promises that weren't kept. The most frustrating part isn't even the initial mistake of delivering the wrong-size dumpster. It's the repeated lack of follow-through. If you can't fulfill an arrangement, simply be honest about it and provide a realistic timeframe. Telling a customer "tomorrow" repeatedly for nearly a week while they are waiting on a dumpster for an active project is unacceptable. We ordered a service, paid for that service, and were given a specific solution when the wrong dumpster was delivered. Following through on that solution should not require nearly a week of phone calls and repeated promises. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company for anyone working on a time-sensitive project where dependable dumpster service matters.
