Scott goes right to the top, from the speed of his response, to his scheduling, to his follow through. He arrived early and stayed late to guarantee the job was done.
Most admiringly, Scott has a high standard, even when it's inconvenient for him, and more difficult; all to ensure the client receives a top tier, above and beyond experience. Our job specifically had a tricky parking situation and while it would have been easier for him to park his truck by the door, it would have blocked others. Instead, Scott parked farther away, made his job HARDER, extending his trek on foot, all while hauling, so we could continue operating the business with no interference.
His warm, polished, intentional way of ensuring the job is done with a soft touch, and right the first time, is a welcome reset from the standard cold way vendors often approach their craft. Scott is not simply a transactional, he brings value and kindness to his profession, and that is worth supporting and celebrating.
