I was a bit dumbfounded, and I asked what he was talking about as I paid him what he was asked?? This little tiny man got in my face, started pushing me telling me that he wanted to fight.....he ran over and grabbed my broom and started hitting me with it. Look, he is a small little fella, I'm not....I wasn't sure if I should get mad or not but it was funny. This teeny little man trying to fight someone that is twice his size, swinging brooms, and all over what is still a mystery to me. PLEASE, stay away from this small lil' guy.....he is very sensitive. Whatever you do!!! Don't offer him money if you use him, let him tell you what he wants and just pay it. Also, remove sharp objects from the area and if by chance he wants to fight you get a small little stool that he can stand on to take a swing. I attached a pic of the half-man for your knowledge.....beware! P.S. He lives in a million dollar house! That was very important to him as he kept saying it over and over. I shall call him Mini-diablo from here on........

Here's my horror story. After months of thinking do I to repair (very expensive) swimming pool or do I fill (much more cost-effective) I decided to fill the pool and make a larger entertaining backyard. I hired Sanchez Demolition, everything was going to plan till I found out they were using other peoples dirt to backfill, which I was told would not make a difference. I started noticing my concrete was changing colors, look stained. I had the concrete acid washed, made it worse. After months of trying to figure out what the issue was, I contacted a soil engineer specialist which informed me that the soil that was used to back fill my pool with contaminated which caused the concrete (1500 feet) to be destroyed. After many attempts of trying to locate Sanchez Demolition he is not responding to my phone calls.
