Overall nice job but my left eye doesn't look as full as the right. The inner corner wasn't done very well & there's a lash falling off already as pictured. (I got them done @1030 this morning & it's currently 1511) They were very nice & willing to change the look according to my desire. I thought they looked fine but my eyes were also pretty watery at the end of it, so now that that's cleared up and I got a closer look at my lashes, I noticed the inner corner and loose lash.

When I first met her, we went through what microblading was and she did an allergy test on me at my request to make sure I was not allergic to either the dye nor the numbing cream. When I got there for my Microblading treatment she started lining things up for shaping. Once we got the shape we wanted I laid down on the table and she applied numbing cream. It was great I didn't feel anything. There were a couple times I did feel a little scrape, and then she just applied more numbing cream, which worked perfectly. She did such an excellent job ! We looked at several different colors and she made sure I was very comfortable with the color that I wanted to move forward with. I talked to so many different companies in Colorado Springs about microblading and Yuki had the best reviews, the best pictures, and her bedside manner really put me at ease. She also includes a touchup when you purchase microblading. She is thorough with her after care instructions. Her workplace ambience was very soothing and her workspace was clean, neat and tidy. If you were looking to get microblading and you want high-quality and efficiency, I highly recommend Moana Lash by Yuki! You won't be disappointed, she amazing and her work speaks for itself. I have been taking sleep-aid for several years now and since I have had the pellet, I no longer need it and have slept like a baby! I have gone twice for botox. The first time I waited a while for the provider, received the botox…read moreand it was fine. I didn't get any results from the botox but that's not their fault. Second time, saw a different provider for botox on a different area. She was super nice and helpful. It was the last day of their holiday sales and I had been wanting to get the Morpheus package, and it was at 50% off. So, I discussed that with the provider that would be doing the Morpheus treatments, and it seemed like a great idea. I then scheduled the three sessions with the front desk lady, and it was very difficult because my schedule is extremely all over the place and the providers schedule is pretty tight. When I was scheduling it, the front desk lady did not mention that anybody else would be able to provide the service, and did not provide options outside of this one provider. This was a Sunday, the next day I checked my schedule for work, and realized that I will be gone about 90% of the year, and I tried to make it work with scheduling through the scheduling options on the website. Nothing was working for me and times just did not align. So, realizing that because of my government job and the fact that I will be gone most of the year and potentially thereafter, I requested a refund since no services had been rendered. I was told I would get a call back, I did the next day. I was told that I could not receive a refund and that the package never expires and I can use it whenever. But, I know that it was almost $2000 just thrown away because I might not be able to actually use it due to my demanding job. So, the lady that I talked to said that she would call back or somebody else would after they spoke with the owner, and she did one or two days later. She called me again and said the same exact thing that she had said previously, when I asked if she could provide me with the policy that strictly states that I could not receive a refund for packages purchased, she stated that she cannot do that and does not have that. She said she would ask the owner to send an email. I got pretty frustrated because I've been called multiple times on something that should be a simple matter. She continued to interrupt me on the phone, and I got pretty angry. She then said that we clearly are not going to reach an agreement on this, and she will have somebody else call me back. I then told her that I would either like my refund for the service that has not been rendered or I would like clear and distinct policy that was made or shown prior to me purchasing the package stating I cannot receive a refund. I then hung up. Her name is Jackie. Honestly, this was terrible customer service, a service was not rendered and I said I cannot receive any treatments or schedule due to military obligations, but was met with arguments from the staff stating that I will be able to use it and fit it in my schedule, even if it is two years from now and that's basically it. Definitely will not be going back, and they wanted me to come back and use that almost $2000 on other services as if I would feel comfortable enough receiving anything from them after that.

I gifted powder brows to my stepdaughter from Jenean a year ago and after the AMAZING job she did…read morefor her, I decided to have my own done. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I have to also say that she spent so much time while we were trying to get my eyebrows just right (I mean it's a tattoo on your face, you better be committed) and talked me through the whole process. "Eyebrows aren't twins - they're sisters". I have excess skin on one side and it took a lot of work to do, and redo the lines so that it looked "perfect". I would whole heartedly, confidently and absolutely recommend her services to anyone wanting to take the leap. I'm looking forward to working with her in the future for all the different services she offers!

Severe migration of ink from wrong ink, location, and technique…read more Jenean was sweet, but... She tattooed the outside corner, the "lateral canthus", which led to severe migration of the ink. When we used a marker to mark where she would tattoo she had left the corners unmarked. I asked if she could connect the lines and she told me she couldn't because that location will usually migrate. I said OK. But then, when she got there, she said, "oh well let's just try it", without asking, and quickly inked the corners. You can see the pictures of what happened as a result. It was so dark that it was difficult to cover up even with my heavy concealer. It made me look depressed and like the "Emos" wear their dark smudgy eye makeup, pulling the outside corners down. Also the ink migrated below the lower line and above on my eyelid, in some places looking like charcoal smudges and mostly looking like blue eye shadow. I hate blue eye shadow, by the way, since it went out of style after the 80's. She informed me that she used body tattoo ink rather than cosmetic tattoo ink to get a darker look. She also informed me that body tattoo ink is a smaller molecule and is more likely to migrate in locations on the face that tend to swell easily. The woman who replaced her mistakes thinks she also probably was too aggressive and caused more swelling than was necessary. We started with a saline tattoo removal treatment during which she injected saline solution with her tattoo needles. Very painful and long scab healing. Then I started doing laser tattoo removal which is EXTREMELY painful, taking time off work to go. And I had to wait eight+ weeks between sessions. Meanwhile I had to cover up the dark corners and smudges constantly. She had agreed to go over everything with the correct ink, location, and technique. The touchup is part of the fee I paid. Then, after the second to last treatment I've had so far she said she wouldn't. The nurse doing the removal recommended she not try with me. After Jenean admitted to both of those mistakes she and the nurse thought it also had to do with my tendency to swell. So I was left with partially removed eyeliner. I found another cosmetic tattoo artist and paid her to cover over Jenean's botched job. I was scared that it would happen again. But I had much less swelling and zero migration. I am very happy with my eyeliner from this other cosmetic tattoo artist. It has now been a year and I still have some dark in my corners. I am getting married in three weeks. Jenean has paid for all the tattoo removal treatments. But she will not give me a refund for her botched job that had to be removed and replaced, and did not fulfill her agreement to do a touch up that the fee I paid included. She started off owning up to everything, feeling very bad about what she did and how it has affected me, and paying for the removal treatments, so I thought she had professional integrity. But true professionals would fix their work, getting it right. If they couldn't complete the treatment to get it right they would give a refund. And, in either case, they would would pay me something more than a refund to account for my pain and suffering that they caused. Another cosmetic tattoo artist asked if she was insured. I don't know, but I am going to find out.
