I have lost 18lbs and 14 inches! His bootcamps are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am in Rancho Bernardo. They are super affordable and he has tons of different packages that fit your needs. It's not a traditional bootcamp, no yelling or screaming at you! Just positive reinforcement and help in a supportive environment. All different people with different abilities so don't think you need to be in perfect shape to join. He also offers personal training and sports camps. The bootcamp mixes cardio bursts with strength training exercises to help you achieve your best body possible. I can't recommend it enough. You even get a week free to try it out and see what you think. I guarantee you will love it though! I am obsessed and don't see myself stopping anytime soon! He has a bad temper, yells back at parents, shuts them down when they try to speak, and tells people to move instead of communicating respectfully. He also constantly intervenes with points and acts like he is the referee, which I don't believe is his role. He seems biased in the way he treats certain parents and makes situations worse instead of calming them down. Someone in a leadership position should know how to communicate with parents without yelling, arguing, or intimidating them. His attitude is horrible and the organization really needs to address his behavior.

They have a small section for kids under two where they get to crawl, climb and play with balls. *shoes off* For indoor they have the magna-tiles table, chalk board, reading area, pretend grocery store and ranger lookout, For outdoor they have a big water table; soft foam building blocks, a garden and a dirt excavation section. They do have a handwashing station outside so I appreciate that after the messy play. I also love the art installation, it's big colorful bugs and insects. Would recommend you checking it out.

Not sure older kids would enjoy it as much. They have picnic tables outside where you can enjoy a snack or picnic lunch. They do sell some snacks, but don't have a cafe or anything for something more substantial. Pricing was reasonable and they have a free parking lot. I wish this was located closer to us, I'd definitely return.
