This is the big deal thing my six year old son was set on doing since seeing commercials for it. Come ON!!!! This place rocks! First off, full staff at this location. Someone was sweeping the floors every five minutes. The bathrooms, 100% clean and attended to. My personal favorite detail: no weird foot smell... no sticky games and tables. Every single game worked like a charm and there are plenty of games for older kids, too. The adventure zone was basically gleaming clean as you can see from my photos. Grip socks are provided in the $15 play fee (it lasts your entire visit) which I appreciate because it limits people brining in their own (sometimes dirty) socks. Pizza?? A friend messaged me on my instagram "okay, the pizza is lowkey " and she's right!! so good! The girl working the front, Jocelyn, gave 10/10 customer service on a Sunday at 1:00PM. I honestly believe most customer service is dead. She helped me pick the best deal for my little dude and helped me save money on visiting again for free the summer--now that I know how nice it is, we can cash in on that deal (Bronze package) on a super hot day! Thanks for making my kids day Chuck E. Cheese--- he also got to see the Big Cheese Man himself and scored a high-five-- complete package for his little dreams. I have decided to buy my 2-year-old grandson in annual pass so his family can take him here as many times as he wants. There is an area in the section for every age group. There was not once where I felt like my two-year-old grandson was going to get ran over by a big kid because everybody had their own areas to excel in. I was a little let down. First, admission is pretty hefty. This is an area for kids so I was surprised adult tickets were so expensive. Secondly, not a single hand sanitizer station had any hand sanitizer. We arrived right a 10am when they opened so I was very surprised they were all empty. Thirdly, many of the "buttons" for kids to push didn't work or maybe they weren't suppose to do anything. But I would think if there is a button to push, it should at least make a sound or turn on a light. Lastly, (nothing that the museum can control) but it's hard to fully enjoy the exhibits when parents don't "reset" the area after their child is done playing in it. Parents please be considerate and reset the area when your child is done playing. Better yet teach them to do it themselves along with "taking turns".

The day I visited last month was extremely sunny and hot and there were children playing and enjoying the water fountain with tons of families. Overall, it's a lovely, dog-friendly spot to relax and cool off on a warm day.
