Front desk was friendly, the dental office/equipment looked modern, and the dentists were efficient. Each procedure was explained and front desk helped with scheduling and often notifying for upcoming appointments. So the reason why I stopped going... I had a filling redone due to it coming off. However, I had pain around the same tooth for months. I couldn't eat on that side at all. I went back in for checkups to see if they can figure out what's going on. The head dentist told me to consider getting a crown since there seems to be a cracking on the tooth. They offered to cover the costs however I thought it was a bit extreme to get a crown from a routine filling. Over the next couple months, I would go back multiple times since the pain didn't go away. This included shaving part of the filling, redoing the filling, and trying to figure out my bite. And the final time I went there for a checkup, I was just told it could just be a neurological thing and almost made it sound like it was my fault and they can't do anything about it. The only reason why I kept going back was to give them the opportunity to fix what they had messed up. I ended up looking for another dentist and I told them my issue. They were able to figure what was wrong, and redid my filling. Now I have no pain.

I was referred here by my dentist to get a tooth implant procedure done. But tldr, it was a very…read moreexpensive service (pricier than other offices) for the basic treatment and to be treated poorly post-operation. First, there's a consultation which was only ~30 minutes talking to the surgeon about the plan and examining X-rays. $150 out of pocket (with insurance). Dr Tsang was good at explaining and provided different options, but be prepared with questions otherwise you won't be able to talk to him till surgery day. Very easy to schedule procedure. Had openings available less than a week out. Does that mean slow business? Other places are booked a month out. Anyways, the staff and surgeon were pretty efficient and friendly. Was fully awake and conscious during the procedure and there were a few things that threw me off during the procedure like hearing the surgeon say, "don't use that tool it's bent and messed up. Let's throw it away". After he uses it on me... And "not sure which screw to use, we'll see after we drill the hole". procedure was only 20-30 min. And generally painless bc of the numbing + local anesthesia. However once procedure was done, quality of service goes downhill. I take an x-ray, sit back at chair and the assistant provides minimal information on getting medication and gives me extra gauze. Then escorts me to the exit quickly. It felt like they wanted me out ASAP. Also, was not given an ice pack! (Which is crucial to reduce swelling. When talking to other friends, they thought it was weird how I didn't receive one). So pack an ice pack for yourself before your procedure! They also failed to mention of how to take care of myself post procedure. Just a half page information sheet and they called that "good enough". They should've gone over it with me!! Once I go to the pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions, they inform me that they don't have my insurance (which the doctor usually includes). So this was an additional hassle. And the day after I have my procedure, my neck and face were completely swollen. It feels like my neck got infected and I called the office during the working hours to ask about it. The receptionist answered, but informed the surgeons were busy and would call back with an answer. Never got this call back and I called a few times after too. What if it's a serious issue? They don't seem to care.

I have never been more happy with my visits to this oral surgery center. All the staff is amazing!…read moreThe front office staff is warm, welcoming, patient, and thorough. They don't make you feel rushed or like you are taking too much of their time to answer questions and provide you with plenty of detail. I scheduled my first visit with Dr. Coffey to discuss putting in a dental implant and what to do about the tooth behind it that had a root extraction years ago and the crown came off. During my first visit, the back office staff was friendly and efficient. After doing the 3D scan, they brought me go to Dr. Coffey's office and put the imaging up on the large screen behind her desk to discuss treatment options. She came in and went over the imaging in detail. She also noted that on the opposite side of my mouth I had a tooth that shows extensive bone loss and needed addressing right away. When I had my last tooth extracted on the left side in February, the previous oral surgeon didn't look at the 3D scan with this kind of detail. I am certain the bone loss was present then. We decided she would do the implant on the lower left molar, root extraction of the one remaining root behind it, and tooth extraction on the opposite side of my mouth on the bottom with bone grafting. She was going to use my own blood for the bone grafting. Today I went for my procedure. I get very scared going in and usually have a high pulse rate. I don't like the block they use to hold your mouth open, which makes me feel like I can't swallow. I am not afraid of pain, needles, the numbness, etc. I was put in the room by Andrea, who immediately made me feel comfortable. She is warm, kind, gentle, caring, and makes you feel relaxed. My heart rate slowed, we laughed a little, talked about our dogs, and she listened to my phobia. She told me they could put a smaller bite block. That was so reassuring. After Andrea got me all set up, Dr. Coffey came in. She is equally nice. This surgeon is beyond skilled and very understanding. I didn't feel a thing when they inserted the IV (I opted to be put to sleep for the procedure), told me she was giving me a little something to make me relax, and soon after the anesthesia. I don't know when the bite block was put in, but it was like I never had it. When the procedure was over, I came to and it wasn't like the past times where I was put out. I didn't have that fog, was able to walk well, and remembered everything they were saying. I went home and felt pretty good overall, other than still being very numb, which I would expect. Dr. Coffey and Andrea are truly wonderful and anyone who comes into contact with them is lucky. We need more people like this in the dental/oral surgery profession. This is the only place I will go for all future oral surgery care. Thank you to everyone in this office for your hard work and great service.

The team pays close attention to comfort and always checks in if there's any discomfort or pain. Nothing ever feels rushed, and there's no pressure to purchase unnecessary services or products. The staff--both front desk and clinical--are professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Communication is clear, and everything is handled smoothly from check-in to treatment. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The setup is thoughtful, with TVs positioned in front of you while seated and even one above when you're lying down, which makes visits more comfortable.
