We will definitely use this company again for future rentals! The only thing I would suggest improving is the communication after booking. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this company!

The communication from the company was nearly nonexistent... I had to call, email, and text to add items to our order (all of which went unanswered until a confirmation email was sent.) I was told our items would be delivered between 10:30-11:30am (reservation was at 1:30pm) but they didn't ultimately come until 1:35pm (with minimal updates,) and they didn't pick up on time either. The snow cone machine wasn't as clean as I would have expected and only 11/12 chairs matched. Like I mentioned, we received the items ordered, but if you are hoping for efficient communication and quality rental pieces I would use another company.

The man (I forgot his name) who came to set it all up was very nice as well. Some of the balloons at the bottom eventually popped but it was ridiculously hot when we had the party and considering how high the temperature was, most of the balloon garland stayed intact. The pricing is also not ridiculously high compared to others. Cons: Communication could have been a little better. The owner, Jessica, is sweet. We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me. Overall, it was good working with them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bouncey House Rentals and their incredible team!…read more Two weeks before our event, the original company we had booked backed out. I was in a complete panic and could not get ahold of anyone who could help us. With the event only two weeks away, I called Bouncey House Rentals hoping they could save the day. A gentleman named Jim answered the phone. I immediately asked if September 2, 2026 was available, and when he said YES, I was so relieved and excited! Jim then asked me what we needed, and I explained that CCAPP holds our Recovery Happens event every year, now celebrating its 34th year. We needed A LOT: a stage, speakers, four microphones, 250 chairs, 140 tables, large and small tents, garbage cans, and much more. We also had 90 vendors and a live band. On top of all of that, there were additional permit requirements that came up during the process. Jim never broke a sweat! He was calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, and incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. He even helped us navigate the permit requirements and made sure everything was taken care of. Bouncey House Rentals went above and beyond. They were able to place everything we needed, including equipment across the street at Bishop Gallegos Square, where we provide a FREE pancake breakfast every year for anyone in the community. This year, we welcomed more than 3,000 people to our event, and we are incredibly grateful to have had a company that was there every step of the way. Jim and his team gave us something we desperately needed during a very stressful situation: PEACE OF MIND! Honestly, I think Bouncey House Rentals should change their name to "Peace of Mind Rentals!" I also want to give a huge thank-you to Jim's assistant, Ronda. She was absolutely wonderful and was even working with me on her day off to make sure everything was taken care of. That kind of dedication means so much. CCAPP truly appreciates the entire Bouncey House Rentals team. You helped make our 34th Annual Recovery Happens event a huge success, and we are so thankful for everything you did for us and our community. And the best part? We have already locked in Bouncey House Rentals for next year's event! Thank you, Jim, Ronda, and the entire Bouncey House Rentals team, for being so amazing, dependable, and reassuring when we needed you most. We appreciate you more than you know!
