We had another great experience with Cosmic Jumpers thanks to Nolan. We rented the obstacle course this time and a large slide for our sons' birthday party. Nolan called the night before to set up delivery time and then updated us when he was on his way. He provided pads for underneath the slide and sandbags to level out the slide. Nolan made for great customer service! The kids had a blast. Easy online payment. We also rented tables and chairs through the same company. Super convenient. Quick easy deliver and pickup. We'll be renting from them again and again. read more

This was my second time using cosmic jumpers and it was another successful birthday. They called the day before to confirm and then called the day of the party, about 15 minutes prior to notify me that they were arriving. They set up the jumper, dropped off the tables and chairs and we were able to enjoy the party. And the kids absolutely loved this jumper, slide combo. Even had a basketball hoop inside. The gentlemen who dropped the equipment were very kind and thorough. Will definitely be booking with them again next year. Thank you! read more

Awesome service and easy to book! Thank you for your promptness and reliability! We will be reserving again!

Great service. Good communication throughout the entire process. Easy set up and take down. Only bounce house service I will use.

Nolan was amazing. I called maybe a 1.5 weeks before my party date and asked him if he any waterslide options in my price range. He quickly texted me picture of what he was able to provide and the process was easy from there. I asked him questions such as measurements for the jumper/waterslide and he answered promptly which always helps with planning. He emailed the contract and invoice which was clear and exactly what we discussed over the phone. My party was at 2pm, he dropped off the jumper between 10a-11am. He was polite and curious. Pick up was around 8pm. He communicated when he was on his way each time which was appreciated as well. The jump house was so much fun. I got it for the kids but of course had to try it out myself. It's a little hard for the bigger adults to climb the ladder to get up to the slide (since it sinks in with your body weight) but it's easy to jump up. It's easy for kids to climb up though, so don't worry about that. The hose attaches to the top of the slide so it's like a water fall at the beginning of the slide (sorry I'm not good at taking pics). Overall it was an awesome experience. I 100% will be using Cosmic Jumpers in the future. read more

I had a great experience with cosmic jumpers and Nolan. He was super helpful and accommodating during ordering and choosing a jumper. They called the evening before to confirm and had easy online payment or cash in person. They called when they were I the way before showing up for set up and take down. I like how they gave us extra time without charge. Also the jumper was actually nice to jump on! I ordered one from another company and the jumper was super stiff. The slide was super fun & the kids litterally played all day in it without getting bored! The price was unbeatable for the service. I would highly recommend cosmic jumpers. read more

I give Cosmic Jumpers stars! I booked a jumper a the last minute and they were ready to accommodate. The prices are very competitive and by default their rentals are for 8 hours, not 4 hours like the other companies in the area. I appreciated the discount for military/first responders/healthcare workers. They sent me text messages and calls just to make sure communication was very clear that we were confirmed for this weekend and the time delivery was expected. They also sent a text before the pickup just to give me the heads up that they were on their way. This is great since we needed to move a few cars out of the way for them before they came anyway. I will definitely be contacting them again when we need another inflatable. EVERYTHING about this process went smoothly! read more

Website was easy to use to book equipment. Nolan called the day before to verify all the information and even came earlier than I requested which worked out sooo much better. Drop off and pick up was so smooth. Tables and chairs were perfect! Will definitely use again read more

Quick customer service responses, easy to work out pick up and drop off and bounce house was great!

Ruben was awesome. Just when I thought customer service was dead. Ruben exceeded our expectations. We called to have him pickup the jumper early and when he arrived kids were still play in it so he politely stood and waited not wanting to spoil their fun. I didn't even realize he was there so he could have been waiting for a while! Anyway I appreciated this small but very kind gesture. I strongly recommended Cosmic Jumpers also because their reservation process is efficient and no nonsense. read more

We got a cute bouncer for my granddaughter's birthday. It was so easy to book online. I received reminders emails and a call the night before to confirm. Wow! I am impressed with Cosmic Jumpers! This was our first time renting a water slide/bounce house. Nolan was so patient with us and our (multiple) last-minute changes! Due to the forecast of 109° on the day of our event, we had to change the time to a later set up and also from a traditional bounce house to a water slide. It was a breeze working with Nolan! He is so kind, professional, and a hard worker! He made my son's birthday a blast! Nolan was on time for both delivery and pick-up. Everything was set up quickly and professionally. I would wholeheartedly rent from him again for any future bounce house rentals! Cannot recommend him enough! read more

We just had a birthday party yesterday and can't rave enough about the experience! We scheduled the jumper from 9am-8pm but since we were first on their route and they had other stops to get to in time, they actually came to set up around 7am, so 2 extra hours at no extra charge! Communication was clear (they had sent a couple of emails prior to the party date and called the night before to confirm). Price was awesome. 20/10 would recommend! Husband and I are even talking about just renting a bounce house from time to time for no reason lol! read more

I recently utilized cosmic jumpers for my daughters birthday party on 7/28/19. I rented a bounce house with slide, 25 chairs and 2 tables. Delivery was early and I received a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to arrival. The bouncer was clean and looked almost brand new. Chairs looked brand new white. Tables were the correct size and sturdy. The delivery man was nice and very helpful. The price was exceptional and delivery fee was really nothing. Pick up was on time also and easy as well! I would highly recommend, we definitively will continue to use this company for all our upcoming parties. read more
