This company informed my sister they would call the day before with the delivery window. They never called. My sister had to call them to confirm the delivery window, which was 1-5pm. On the day of delivery, 1 hour before the end of the window, this company calls to inform my sister that they wouldn't be able to deliver the items that day as scheduled. They asked if they could deliver the items the next day (which was the day of the event). My sister informed that this wouldn't work as the event was in the morning and a lot of set up would need to be done before the event and the girl who called hung up on my sister!!! My sister called back immediately and the call was not answered. I then called from my phone and informed the girl that I was calling on behalf of my sister and that it was unacceptable that she was just hung up on. I demanded that the items be delivered as scheduled during the delivery window and I was informed that the delivery would be in 2 hours (which would be 1 hour after the delivery window). I informed the girl that every minute the delivery was late, we would be demanding a refund. 20 minutes before the delivery window was over, Juan shows up with all of the items. Juan was amazing. I informed him of the inappropriate girl that had called earlier and he apologized profusely. 5 stars for Juan. Zero stars for everyone else.
