Booking was quick and easy through their website, confirmations and invoices came through text and emails with no issues! Prices were also fair and reasonable! The week of the party, E&J was very communicative with us regarding our order and the drop off for the event. On the day of the event, Chris arrived on time during the drop off window to set everything up and make it look nice for the party. Chris answered all of our questions and was helpful and kind. The bounce house was clean and, of course, a huge hit with all of the kids! After the party, Chris picked up the bounce house and, again, was helpful and kind! I would highly recommend E&J Funday Rentals, especially in the fair oaks/Citrus Heights and surrounding areas! Delivery was good as well until I decided to help them remove the table and chairs from their vehicle...and I noticed that they smelled like dogs. She did admit that she had 2 German Shepherds and another dog, so I figured that I was smelling their car or something. Then I gave them the money, we both miscounted the amount so she returned for accurate payment. Now, prior to our event which was a baby shower, we set them up, and we smelled nothing but dog! Like literally it was as if a dog had laid around them. So given the amount of time, we had to wash their equipment. Once I informed the owner of this business, she tells me she has no animals but does have dogs...dogs are animals! So if your going to rent from this company then be sure to make sure that your equipment was good. Oh and in case your wondering, NOTHING was done or provided to me as a customer having to wash equipment that should constantly be cleaned! Phresh Out!
