I asked what time do you close she said 5pm but you would return it tomorrow I said ok its a small rug will only take a few hours. I asked if som of my money would be returned since it was not a full day. He stated they do not do that. I asked why not since that was something that i was always able to do prior. He stated that is something abba used to offer... at that moment I realized the company was not the same and that's why it looked different inside. I have no idea how long ago it changed but something could have been said. I believe there was enough to see I did not realize they were not abba. I spent way more then I needed to on a machine I could have rented somewhere else for a couple hours.
