I have been to my fair share of jump parks due to social events with an organization and fun outings with my little sisters. I live in Austin, so honestly I was not expecting much when it came to Beaumont, Texas having a decent jump park. To my surprise, it's great! HUGE floor plan, with a party area, arcade games, snack bar and different jumping areas. The huge trampoline jump part is separated by different age groups...but i'll be honest, the signs didn't keep my little sisters from going to whatever part they wanted - they can't read! There's a designated toddler area also. The place is extremely clean, thankfully, and the staff was nice. The only weird thing to me is the "no denim" part. Out of all the parks I've been to, this is the only one that refuses to allow denim materials to be worn. I asked, out of curiosity/shock and it turns out that the denim material wears away at the trampolines. Makes sense. tl;dr Clean, large jump park. Don't wear denim. read more

Friends booked a party and they were charged twice, they never answer the phone or e-mail. bad business

Awful place! The workers were absolutely miserable the whole time. The arcade was the only good part about the whole place. When we got here, the parking lot was completely empty. We walked in and didn't see much. Half of the place was under construction, you could see the wood between the misplaced mats in between trampolines. All of the blue trampolines were super stiff and hard to bounce on. The two grey trampolines were super slippery. There was a food area but in order to pay, you had to go all the way back to the front counter and back just to pay for your food and get it. The manager's office was made out of glass and was right in the middle of everything. Finally, the bathrooms were not very clean. The doors seemed very messed up. In total, not a very nice place. This is a nice place to hangout with family. We went a few separate times, and every time we enjoyed our visit, but had some negative remarks. First: the staff seemed less than happy to help us at the front desk. Actually, they almost seemed bothered to have to take our payment. Second: one of the times we went, the AC seemed to be cut off to about half of the facility. We spent most of our time in the toddler area, but it was literally too hot to stay long, and even our kiddo seemed too hot to be enjoying her experience. Third: one of the times we went, it was raining outside (as it does often in Beaumont,) and they had the toddler area completely roped off, because they had several leaks in the roof. The water was seeping under some foam mats they had down as flooring, in an adjacent area, and our socks got wet. Finally: one of the times we went, they knew there were small children present, and went from playing fun, upbeat, family friendly music, to playing what i would refer to as club music. And not just club music, (the clean versions are generally ok for younger children) they had the original versions playing, including a ton of profanity. We enjoyed jumping, however, with the price that they're charging, they need to do some serious renovations before we'll consider returning. read more

I'll preface with saying I don't do reviews as often as I should, but today, I feel compelled. This was our first and only experience here. I arrived with my 15 yr old and 3 year old son at around 2 pm. We were 1 of 3 families in the entire building after they opened for the day. The lady at the front desk was polite. However, there were zero prices posted anywhere, and the prices we received were not the same as stated on the website. Upon walking in, the general cleanliness was suitable. I promptly brought my 3 year old to the toddler play area in the back. There, in the soft play area, I immediately noticed many broken and haphazardly repaired areas. My son is pretty resilient and sometimes rough. However, he even felt as though some areas were sketchy. He quickly wanted to move on to the toddler jungle gym area. As a parent, knowing that toddlers are messy, germy, and that many children are exposed to these areas daily, the cleanliness factor was lacking. There were so many sticky surfaces, and the foam floor tiles looked as tho they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. We then took our journey to the toddler trampoline/foam pit area. He had the most fun in that space. However, I was worried about safety for future children. The padding between jump lanes was very loose, exposing wood. The foam pit was very dingy and not very full, causing him to get stuck trying to get out of the pit. Mind you, he is 3 but the size of a typical 5 yr old. Quickly, he lost interest and wanted to follow his big brother. While visiting the structure across from the toddler area, we notice a large vomit spot on the carpeted stairs leading to another foam pit. I reported it to a male attendant, and nothing further was done to remediate the situation. Even my 15 yr old was grossed out and apprehensive as to what else could be lurking in this building. Many play areas were broken or closed for construction. The areas under construction were mearly closed off with a chain. My lightening speed, enquisitive toddler ran under a chain and came close to plumiting off an at least 5 foot drop to metal bars. In an attempt to make the most of our time, I asked the boys if they wanted to play in the arcade. All the games that were available were way overpriced, and over half the arcade was out of order. A simple toddler car ride on was $1.50 for less than a minutes worth of ride time. My 15 yr old was over the experience within the first 45 minutes, and my neurodiverse toddler's, well awaited fun day at the trampoline park quickly turned into a complete melt down mode situation in an hour. Unbeknownst to me, we would have had a much cheaper, more enjoyable experience visiting a McDonald's Playplace, which would have also included a meal and a complimentary toy.... Please save yourself the headache and a ruined fun day. Skip this deplorable accident waiting to happen. read more

This location has gone down hill. The staff are rude and lazy. The trampolines are ripped. The foam pit squares are ripped as well. The soda machines don't ever work. They are over priced especially for birthday parties. They don't let you bring anything in except the cake. They don't respect the age limits to bounce sections. In the toddler section they have 9-10 year olds almost ramming down the toddlers. They started charging $8 for babies and toddlers now, because they say that the toddlers jump for a long while and don't pay? Which is THEIR policy? Babies and toddlers to 2 years old jump free so I don't see how their response made any sense. Either way I'm sad to say this location sucks. I hope they start doing better. read more

Sadly this place has gone way down hill. We attended a birthday party here where it was us and 1 other party on a week night. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional to my friend who paid so much money. The employees were super lazy and not helpful at all and flat out rude. It took over 2 hours for 2 large pizzas to arrive and the staff acted like it was no big deal when my friends husband asked about it after 1 hour of waiting. What!? Customer service is a big contributing factor to what keeps a business open and thriving and unfortunately this place lacked terribly. read more

We will not be coming back here. Cold and rainy Sunday morning so you bring your grandchildren here. It is freezing in there. I asked the young girl taking our money, which the credit card machine and the waiver electronic machines were not working, if she could turn some heat on. She said they never turn the heat on. The manager came over and informed me it would take hours to up in there but we would get hot jumping. I ended up sitting in the car with myself 8 month old granddaughter while everyone else jumped. While the place is huge it is also a bad setup. Its not a good setup for toddlers as they have 2 run way for 5 and under. But adults are not welcome to actually jump on this one. For a older child this place could be okay. Ive seen other trampoline parks that have had obstacle courses and rope swings. This place mainly just has trampolines no other fun activities with the trampoline one very small foam pit my personal opinion if you are the type of parent I like to know your child so you can stay on your phone while you let your kids run free this place would be perfect. I got an amazing deal through Groupon. 3 kids for a full hour $10 TOTAL. Groupon offered $10 off $11 yesterday and 20% off today. But that's just honorable mention stuff. The real award goes to Alanna who works here. She stays out in the play areas and intertacts with the kids. We were happy that Groupon made this affordable for us today. The people I was visiting here had just lost their job due to Harvey and I flew here on a last minute whim from Tampa to escape Hurricane Irma. I'm going a week without work and am stretching a budget all the way til Saturday (I was supposed to fly back home Tuesday but the subsequent flooding in Florida canceled flights to Tampa). All 3 kids were eyeballing the mechanical bull that cost an extra $3 per ride. Alanna went into the breakroom and dug money out of her own wallet and paid for all 3 kids to ride. She also gave them quick access to the dodge ball court before any big kids showed up to lay down the law. Alanna went above and beyond her call of duty and had no idea about the financial restraints we were dealing with from Harvey & Irma. Everything she did was from the goodness of her heart and she has no idea how much it meant to all of us...especially the kids! 5 stars...all because of Alanna! read more

We have been to this Jumping World in Beaumont several times. It was always a good experience until this summer. One day they were playing uncut versions of the music over the speakers. It was very inappropriate for a family establishment. Today we went and the employee overseeing the dodgeball area was cursing and yelling. We left and won't be going back. Total Garbage! Hot inside, dirty floors and rude staff. It'm active duty military, home on leave from overseas. I just wanted to take my kids for a fun day. They took my money (looking right at us) and let my kid run around for 5 min, then kicked him out for wearing jeans and refused to give me my money back. They offered rental shorts (gross) for $2 or a voucher. I don't want a voucher for a place I will never return to! Thanks for nothing Jumping World Beaumont. Yesterday after having paid $72 for four boys to play for 2 hours a less then tactful employee approached 2 of the boys who were having issues with their stickers / badges. They were about halfway into their playtime and had become sweaty. And their name tags we're no longer sticking to their clothing. One boy put his in his sock the other was showing is unsticking sticker to his friend when they were both approached by an employee in the big jumping area. The employee took the badges / stickers said They look fake and tore them up did this guy try to verify? Did he tried to find me? Did he call for management? No he ruined the birthday party it was going great other than the sticker issue. Upon being informed of this I had two choices to addressed directly then and there risking more confrontation and dampening completely the festive mood of the birthday party. Or to seek out owners and address it with them later. I chose the latter because we had other things planned and it seemed better to opt for ice cream. This happened a little after 5:30. Saturday May 21st. I will update everyone with the owner's response or non-response whichever it maybe ________________________________ UPDATE Here is there response: After checking our camera and talking to the guys that where on main court at the time the kids had the wrong color stickers. Every day we have a different color for the same reason that kids lose the stickers and they just come and grab one from our sticker ball or find one and keep it not knowing we have a different color each day. The color we usually use on Saturdays is purple or royal blue and according to our jump guard when he asked to see their stickers it was red and it had 5:15 written on there. Mr Bowers arrived at 4:28 and paid for 2 hours so the sticker should have been 6:30pm, which it was at first when the girls wrote it, and it was the correct color as well. If the kids lose the sticker we replace it with a new one, all you have to do is go to the front, show your receipt, and we will get you a new one. The jump guard even went to go ask our front cashier if she had changed the color for the day by any chance since that kid said one of the girls at the front wrote him that sticker. They didn't have a reserved birthday party they just came in to jump. All Mr Bowers had to do was ask to speak to a manager or a supervisor so we could get the kids new stickers if you paid for your time and you have proven that you did, like the receipt, we don't have an issue in getting the kids a new one. The jump guard was just doing his job by making sure that everyone that is jumping has a sticker, the correct time and color, and that the time is not expired. They jump for almost the two hours and we also have a no refund policy so in this case we won't be able to do a refund. We do apologize if the jump guards made the kids feel bad, that was not our intention. Like I mentioned before the jump guards were just trying to do their job. _________________ The guard? We have GUARDS at jump world? Did not check the sticker color prior to telling the kids they were fake and tearing them up on the spot. I had been outside and walked into this mess of jump worlds making. I walked back in to kids running to me highly upset and rightly so. they were treated unjustly. Sized up the situation and made the decision to leave a little past the halfway point. In regards to this being an unscheduled Birthday Party ... Yes it was unscheduled but it was a Birthday party never the less and was which was ruined and ended in tears due to the staffs inappropriate actions and attitude. I really expected more from Management than weak justifications.
