This is a nice place to hangout with family. We went a few separate times, and every time we enjoyed our visit, but had some negative remarks. First: the staff seemed less than happy to help us at the front desk. Actually, they almost seemed bothered to have to take our payment. Second: one of the times we went, the AC seemed to be cut off to about half of the facility. We spent most of our time in the toddler area, but it was literally too hot to stay long, and even our kiddo seemed too hot to be enjoying her experience. Third: one of the times we went, it was raining outside (as it does often in Beaumont,) and they had the toddler area completely roped off, because they had several leaks in the roof. The water was seeping under some foam mats they had down as flooring, in an adjacent area, and our socks got wet. Finally: one of the times we went, they knew there were small children present, and went from playing fun, upbeat, family friendly music, to playing what i would refer to as club music. And not just club music, (the clean versions are generally ok for younger children) they had the original versions playing, including a ton of profanity. We enjoyed jumping, however, with the price that they're charging, they need to do some serious renovations before we'll consider returning.

My sad 3 yr old after riding a $1.50 priced ride on attraction for 30 seconds.

I'll preface with saying I don't do reviews as often as I should, but today, I feel compelled. This was our first and only experience here. I arrived with my 15 yr old and 3 year old son at around 2 pm. We were 1 of 3 families in the entire building after they opened for the day. The lady at the front desk was polite. However, there were zero prices posted anywhere, and the prices we received were not the same as stated on the website. Upon walking in, the general cleanliness was suitable. I promptly brought my 3 year old to the toddler play area in the back. There, in the soft play area, I immediately noticed many broken and haphazardly repaired areas. My son is pretty resilient and sometimes rough. However, he even felt as though some areas were sketchy. He quickly wanted to move on to the toddler jungle gym area. As a parent, knowing that toddlers are messy, germy, and that many children are exposed to these areas daily, the cleanliness factor was lacking. There were so many sticky surfaces, and the foam floor tiles looked as tho they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. We then took our journey to the toddler trampoline/foam pit area. He had the most fun in that space. However, I was worried about safety for future children. The padding between jump lanes was very loose, exposing wood. The foam pit was very dingy and not very full, causing him to get stuck trying to get out of the pit. Mind you, he is 3 but the size of a typical 5 yr old. Quickly, he lost interest and wanted to follow his big brother. While visiting the structure across from the toddler area, we notice a large vomit spot on the carpeted stairs leading to another foam pit. I reported it to a male attendant, and nothing further was done to remediate the situation. Even my 15 yr old was grossed out and apprehensive as to what else could be lurking in this building. Many play areas were broken or closed for construction. The areas under construction were mearly closed off with a chain. My lightening speed, enquisitive toddler ran under a chain and came close to plumiting off an at least 5 foot drop to metal bars. In an attempt to make the most of our time, I asked the boys if they wanted to play in the arcade. All the games that were available were way overpriced, and over half the arcade was out of order. A simple toddler car ride on was $1.50 for less than a minutes worth of ride time. My 15 yr old was over the experience within the first 45 minutes, and my neurodiverse toddler's, well awaited fun day at the trampoline park quickly turned into a complete melt down mode situation in an hour. Unbeknownst to me, we would have had a much cheaper, more enjoyable experience visiting a McDonald's Playplace, which would have also included a meal and a complimentary toy.... Please save yourself the headache and a ruined fun day. Skip this deplorable accident waiting to happen.

While I watched, the court turned into a chaotic free-for-all, with a staff member more focused on their phone than on keeping things safe. Another boy kept crossing the center line repeatedly, targeting my 10-year-old and throwing the ball at his face multiple times, yet no staff intervened. I eventually got up and walked back there, suspecting that the young staff wouldn't be monitoring the situation closely. Unfortunately, I was right. While you can see the dodgeball area, you have to physically walk away from the main floor to get a clear view, which means that if your child goes back there, you should follow them, as you can't trust the staff to do their job. After being targeted, my son eventually approached the other child, who then slapped him in the face. Many parents were unaware of any of this. When I reported the incident at the front desk, I was told the other child claimed that my son had hit him first. They showed video footage, but only a selectively edited clip that distorted the situation. The clip highlighted my son reaching toward the child while ignoring the context, like the other child repeatedly crossing the line and the clear slap to my son's face, which I witnessed firsthand. Despite having staff everywhere, if they are not enforcing the rules and management only presents half the video that supports their narrative, this is not a safe or trustworthy environment for children.

That's it as far as "decoration" we had to buy more decorations last min. The party host seemed more interested in being social with her co workers vs helping us. The food didn't come out til the last 45 min of the party. The kicker was the way we were treated at the end when the bill came, I was told on the phone that the bill will be adjusted for the amount of jumpers. I booked 20, 10 came. Everyone was very rude and disrespectful including the manager and while I'm waiting for the bill to be adjusted police were called by them to essentially do the customer service they couldn't do. Because they ended up adjusting my bill as i was told! It was embarrassing with my family and sons friends there and uncalled for. I will never visit again.

Because there were special needs kids present, the door was kept locked most of our visit to prevent a child running off. Safety first! They had a sign offering drop off, but it stated they are not a licensed daycare. So if you need to run an errand without your kids, they would certainly have fun here! There was a summer camp program going on while we were there. The child with the highest level of needs had someone following him the entire time. We came to Lake Charles from out of town and needed to waste time in the middle of July with three small kids. Air conditioning is a requirement this time of year. I had heard of the New Orleans location and was familiar with the concept, so when I saw this listed with "things to do with kids in Lake Charles," we decided to give it a try. I could not recommend a better place to waste the day if you have little ones. I never could have imagined how much fun my kids were going to have. I had an amazing time as did my adult cousins who were with us for this trip. We just all had such a wonderful time. There is a short zip-line, definitely a favorite of my 3 & 4 year olds. Behind the zip-line structure were multiple kitchen/diner/grocery related toys, a grocery cart, etc. There was a huge metal frame in the center of the room with just about every type of swing you could imagine. The swings included: a gymnastic vault swing, a cloth swing, a plastic toddler swing, a carpeted plywood platform swing, a dual glider, a hammock chair, a saucer, a rope swing, and a tire horse swing. There was a train table, a bookcase, puzzles, magnatiles. A well padded, net-enclosed trampoline with a sign that allows for three kids at a time. There was a huge wooden monkey bar structure. A rock wall. Arts & Crafts. An infant area. And a calming room for kids who need down time. I loved that it was mostly quiet. Occasionally we would hear a Disney song playing, but often it was just the sound of happy giggles. We were welcomed and so enjoyed every moment of our visit.

Here were the problems: 1. $10 for an hour of play is pretty steep. It should be $10 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. But then they made the kids stop playing and put their shoes on when there was still 5 minutes left to play. This was especially frustrating because the price is already pretty high. 2. They divided the kids up into a baby room and a kid room, and the rooms are completely separate. This made it unnecessarily difficult for those of us with a kid in each age group and limited my ability to interact with my kids in this space. When I asked if I my 3 year old could stay in the kid room if I was there I was no a very stern NO. 3. They kept telling the little kids they could only jump on the trampolines going one direction. Which would make sense if there were other kids waiting to use the equipment or it was a structured play time. But that wasn't the case, and the unhelpful and bossy employees were annoying. 4. My younger child kept falling on the trampoline and when I got on the trampoline to help him and show him how to bounce I was told I wasn't allowed on any of the equipment. So I wasn't allowed to help my child have a safe and enjoyable experience. It was frustrating. 5. My older child came to me at the end frustrated that the employees wouldn't help the kids use the equipment in the larger kid area and that the employees were really bossy. I wasn't in the big section, so I didn't see this first hand, but it was consistent with what I saw in the little kid section. We won't be going back.
