My son is 9 months but has been on the move since he was about 5 months so we love taking him here. the only thing is that the small children's area is not monitored at all and children way above the height and age limit come in and cause havoc in the area that's supposed to be for small children. I have the be the enforcer for my child and I don't want to have conflict with parents there. i would spend the money to buy a pass if some of the staff cared a little bit more about the area designated for small kids. read more

The customer service in this place specifically by the manager Joanna was appalling. We came to test it out as we wanted to have my sons birthday here on May 28. I was meeting up with my older daughter who had taken my five year old to jump. I walked in in a hurry as I needed to use the restroom, I had my newborn in the stroller as I walked in I asked "where is your bathroom please" rudely she replied there is one outside" I asked "is there a restroom here" she said "yes but I can't let you use it" I let her know my "kids are here already I'm staying" she was incredibly rude said and said well we have a whole procedure to check in, I explained I'm happy to do that I just need to use the rest room really quickly and I would be right back. she said no if you need to go go outside and then comeback I explained I have a new born and it's cold outside and also I was kind of really needing to go. She was SO rude and intolerant finally as other parents watched she let me in to use the restroom. I was half way to the rest room and she follows me and says "you can't come in without socks you can buy some and then go" I said can I please just use the restroom im almost there, she said NO! All the other staff was pretty nice but this lady was a night mare. Us moms are always looking for fun things to do with our little ones but the service ruined the whole experience and instead of enjoying. It could have put a damper on my time with my son but I chose not to let someone who was so insignificant and on a high horse ruin our play time but I for sure was not going to let it slide either. I asked for the manger and very proudly she said "it's me" I asked for someone above her she gave me a phone number that did not answer. Owner beware your manger is squandering hood clients with her bad customer service. Parents beware if you want to good customer service take your kids elsewhere. read more

My kids love this place and I love it more for the value. You can leave and return anytime for the entire day. I obviously like it more when it's not so crowded, since it appears the team has a harder time keeping it sanitized, but their team is usually on it and super friendly. Sadly my older kids are getting too tall, they still love it but need to find our next place soon! read more

Took my nieces, nephew, son and daughter her along with my hubby on new year's eve and it was very reasonable. We all had a blast(age ranging from 18 months to 33 years) it was really fun. The yellow slide will give you a minor heart attack. It's so fun and steep. Went on it a few times. Resembles a roller coaster *Insert heart eyes emoji* They track who comes in and who leaves and ensures all kids and adults match up. Love the accountability. They cleaned the equipment yall! They really cleaned it, like for real! I was in shock cuz some places like this look dingy and like they dont do anything but they were all over the equipment spraying and cleaning. I loved it. Newly opened and the location is square inside the collection area closer to the target area. Price-wise, it's not bad. Each child admission comes with one adult admission so if you have two children, two adults can go in and have a walkthrough without paying any additional fees. The admission is good for all day so if you want to leave and come back, that is absolutely okay. Space-wise, it's not terribly large. I can definitely see it being crowded in the future. There will be lots of screaming and children running around, but the areas where traffic will be are spacious enough. There is a baby/toddler area, a kindergarten age area, and anything up to 12. Adults can generally fit in most areas. Minus the toddler area, everything else is connected. Some areas are harder to , but I believe there are alternative routes so if you don't feel like you can go up one way, you can go up another way. The most memorable are the soft ball cannons and the long yellow slide. Even for adults the yellow slide can be enjoyable. It does go pretty fast so it can be surprising for those not ready for it. Service-wise, very happy with bright smiles when we were helped. You deposit the shoes and any jackets you want with them into the blue bin. They will safeguard it for you until you are ready to go. There are additional lockers and an area with tables for parents to sit and wait at. Only thing is that the floor can be dirty and you have to walk with socks over it. Perhaps a more frequent cleaning of the floors there would be a consideration for them in the future. Thus far, pretty clean and decently up kept. See what happens for the future. read more

Twice now my children and I have entered, only to walk right back out due to the lack of proper air circulation. Today we came in and I regretted it. It is beyond stuffy - humid, smelly, and hot. This is a dangerous health and safety issue, particularly for children running around for an extended period of time. The second and third levels are of course worse. Kids are drenched in sweat, there is sweat dripping on the mats, which creates an additional hazard. The AC was NOT running. Apparently corporate controls the AC, so even the staff must sit in this stale, gross air and suffer throughout their shift. It's irresponsible and overall terrible. read more

Went there with my daughter only to be locked out and told it was a private event. When I said where is that information she said it was online. When I asked if she could show me because I didn't see it on the website she just repeated it's there and locked me and my daughter out. Comparing to KidsWorld in (Thousand Oaks) a few things... 1.) Place is smaller than KidsWorld , but it is still worth it. There 2 playgrounds for bigger toddler/kids and they connect similar to to KidsWorld, there is also a jolly jumper in front of the playgrounds. There is also a smaller 1 infant play area, for the little ones that are still crawling, or learning to walk (away from the bigger kid area). 2.) There is no vending machines or food or drinks for purchase, where as KidsWorld has a Full menu, food, drinks etc... for purchase , although there is a seating area with tables. 3.) There are NOT any video games/prizes or basketball court area like there is at KidsWorld. 4.) There are seats within the playgrounds, such as cushioned benches. Everything is still pretty new, place smells new and is extremely clean, I definitely liked the fact that the staff is consistently cleaning and spraying down the equipment. I took off a star, due to not having any food/concessions, but overall my 6 yr old and 4 yr old loved it!!! read more

Looks small from the outside but once you're inside its pretty big. Very clean. They wipe down they play areas when they are not being used. Bathrooms are very clean as well. No food or drinks from the outside are allowed. Overall clean. A+ in my books. read more

This place is so AWESOME!! I'm so excited they've added this to The Collection. We came here with our 3 young kids and they let us play on all the equipment with them and follow them all over the place. We slid down all the slides even the giant yellow one that was tall like a water slide. You gotta bring your socks to come in so don't forget those. You can also go in the morning and leave to get lunch and come back, your wrist band covers you all day long to re enter. I am bummed this quarantine has us locked inside and now it is closed for a while. I cannot wait to go back and run around!! read more

The workout I didn't ask for. Everything's big enough and sturdy enough for adults to follow your kids through. It was great! Kinda takes me back to the days of Discovery Zone. Get here early because it fills up fast. Super clean. Lots of seating for when mom needs a break. Also a big plus, they allow outside food into their little picnic area. Terrible experience and I will never go back. This place needs to do better about accommodating kids with special needs. My son was allowed to roll in on his wheelchair but not allowed to walk around unless he took his shoes off. My son wears special foot braces which require shoes to walk. We were asked to take his shoes off after I explained his situation. On top of all this he was not allowed on anything because he had his shoes on. I was walking with him showing him the playground because he wanted to see everything but he didn't get on any of the equipment. After being told to remove his shoes and I refused I said fine will just leave and the employee just agreed and said ok not even taking my son's situation into consideration. read more

Took my grandson there, he's 17 mos and he had a blast. They constantly are cleaning the equipment and hard surfaces (which I'm a clean freak when it comes to germs) and I was happy to see staff with spray bottles and wipes. They are strict when it comes to entering and exiting with your child. Everyone gets a numbered wristband which is visually matched upon exit. And if there are multiple adults, they will ask who is responsible for exiting and entering with a child. This way, an adult is always matched to a child when it is time to exit. Socks are required and can be purchased if you forget. Under 2 plus an adult was less than $10 for all day. read more

The place itself is great. It's clean, big, and fun for all ages. BUT, the policy for pricing, I was not happy about. $7.50 for an adult and 23 month old is great, but charging a 2 month old baby!! I don't see how that's fair? What is a 2-6 month old really going to do. I feel bad for the family who came in after, poor grandparents each paid $17 plus the baby, to just sit there. Not cool. Additionally, $17 for just one kid or person seems expensive. All the adults were basically on the benches with their phones! I decided to just pay for myself and toddler. Figured my kid would just sit inside and do nothing. Nope. They wouldn't let her in. I was with another family, so she ended up just sitting on the front bench alone. The spot is new and hot - came here for our Port Hueneme t-ball season celebration but as much as I appreciate having family friendly businesses in our area the owner and his staff are stingy - the owner Eric refused to return my messages about potentially sponsoring our event until finally (FINALLY) he told the staff to go ahead and decline - I was just grateful I got an answer. And - get this - when we went over capacity by a few parents they charged the parents $12.50 ... I was one of them and I helped put the event together. Just unfortunate that the owner and his management staff sacrifice short term pennies for long term relationships. It was petty to not let the parents in for the awards ceremony under comps with less than an hour left in the party. Ridiculous - so upset with how rude the manager was - lacks customer service training and courtesy. By the way, the party was on a Tuesday evening - so her lack of empathy had nothing to do either capacity.
