Luckily I found two dresses - one that I loved the body on and another that had amazing lace detailing. Pamela took both gowns and merged them into the most beautiful franken-dress ever. You would have no idea they were two different dresses. Her calm demeanor and get it done attitude helped calm my anxious bride energy. She assured me that the last minute gown would be ready on time - which it was. When we realized the veil from my original dress didn't match - she made a new one for me using lace from one of the dresses. Because my husband and I planned our wedding on skis, she added small details that made a world of difference to the dress - such as a firm element to help the back flow nicely as we skied. I could not give her more stars for both the amazing job on my dress and for being such a comfort during the stress of wedding planning when everything seems to go wrong.

I finally reached out to Cota & Cota, seeing that they offered plumbing services. They said they typically only provided those services to gas customers (we were buying from Bob's), but I told them we were desperate, so they agreed to help. They showed up within 24 hours every time I called (which was at least five times over one summer) to get patch work done. Eventually, we decided on doing a full pipe replacement. They completed that work in 48 hours, and they did so despite a low electrical current running through the pipes thanks to dome DIY wiring the previous owners did and decided not to tell us about. We still need a new filtration system to reduce the acidity of our well water, but we now have functional pipes (mostly plastic). As far as I'm concerned, this company saved our home, and we are forever grateful.

The expectation was that the business dry clean the garment. We received back a garment that was damaged. The garment was burned and unwearable. We requested that the business rectify the situation. They attempted dry cleaning it again, but it was clear that they had ruined the garment. They advised that they needed to send the garment to a third party to determine culpability. We followed back up a couple weeks later and they had not followed through with the engagement of the third party. Weeks later a verdict was received by the dry cleaner that they were not at fault. More than three months have passed and the result is that we purchased a garment and have been harmed financially by this company with no path to receive compensation for the damage or the time spent thus far.
