I had chosen Julios tree service to trim back 3 big oak trees, 2 on the side of the house & 1 in the back yard with no machinery access. Made appointment on a Saturday at 8am. They showed up at 7:30 am that was a plus 1 .Used a bucket truck in my neighbor & my yard placing plywood under the hydraulic arms to prevent damage to property, plus 2. When it was time for the tree in the back yard one of his employees climbed the tree like a squirrel with a safety harness of coarse . Bela Simoes St Georges Ave * 2 days ago * About two months ago I asked you here if anyone knew of a good company that cuts trees etc. It was mentioned that Julio's Tree Services LLC is located in Boundbrook. He came to our house to trim down our tree. He gave us a price and when he came to do work he did not complete the job. He took the money from my mom who does not speak well English and said he would be back to finish. This has been over two months and I keep calling he gives excuses and then blocks the number and pretends to not be getting calls. Do not rely on his word. Left me with branches dying and falling into my neighbor's yard. To this day he has not called me back and has not completed the job. Also left bottles all over the side of my yard, and did not throw the garbage out. I noticed this when picking up branches that fell from the ones he did not cut, those limbs are now dying and bending down. Please be wary when dealing with them do not want anyone to be out of their hard-earned money and half the job is done. Now I have to find someone else before there is damage to my neighbor's yard. I just wanted to let you all know what happened to us and give you all honest feedback. Thank you for your help they did a good job cleaning up but that I all I can say now. Julios tree service serving Middlesex County was one of the only companies that called me back and made me feel priority during Hurricane Isiais. They were friendly, courteous and helpful to all my neighbors surrounding me while working my tree. They gave me the BEST PRICE AROUND AND THE BEST SERVICE!!! I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews - but unfortunately Julio gives me no other option. When agreeing to do the work, Julio never stated that the chips from the stump grinding would be left on our lawn. Now, we are left with a mound which covers the lawn/grass that we may have to pay someone else to remove. If you go with Julio - my advice is to hold full payment until ALL work has been completed to your satisfaction. Secondly, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing (including the removal of chips). If he reaches out and wraps up the job, I'll update the review and let other yelpers know. read more
