Management needs to train them on basic client relations - Don't talk negatively about the clients fiancé to their face. Don't stalk an ex client around the salon. Don't keep smacking the clients forehead as a joke when they're obviously not comfortable. Don't share your deep life traumas after the first 20 minutes of meeting the client. Some of the stylists simply need better professional boundaries. I found most of my experiences there draining and tedious.

To be fair, I made a mistake and thought my appointment was at 9:30 when it was actually at 9:00. When Cheron called me at 9:10 I immediately apologized and even offered twice to reschedule if that was easier. Instead she just asked for my ETA in an irritated tone and said she'd see me soon. From the minute I got there the whole appointment felt tense. I asked for a simple trim, some face framing pieces, and something low maintenance since I don't spend a lot of time styling my hair. It didn't feel like a difficult request but I felt like my preferences were an inconvenience. Even the shampoo was so rough it was uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The haircut itself turned out nice but what really shocked me was the finish. I paid $150 and expected at least a basic styling. Instead, my hair was blow dried with her fingers... no round brush, no comb, no straightener, no curls. Nothing. I genuinely couldn't believe that was the finished result. I'm happy I ended up with a decent haircut but the overall experience felt uncomfortable from start to finish and nowhere near the level of service I expected.

My hair color was a train wreck, and I really wanted to go out for my birthday that night feeling confident with a new, bold look. I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED to say that Master Stylist Vivian, Lily, Anthony and Danielle all made my dream a reality. The photos show the absolutely CRAZY transformation of my hair under these skilled stylists. Instead of wanting to put a bag over my head, I am over the moon when I look in a mirror now. Vivian has been doing hair since the 1980s, and she is truly a GENIUS. She was careful, ensuring that the bleach did not fry my hair, and she had the best ideas. It was a long process, of course, but worth all of the hours in her chair. If you need a hair miracle or a color correction like I did, I HIGHLY recommend Vivian and her team at Salon Arcaro without any hesitation. She KNOWS her trade, and she's TRULY a Master of hair ‼

I managed to maintain that lifestyle for around 7 months, but absolutely destroyeeeed my hair in the process. I had never once had my hair color touched by a professional, and I came to The Blonde Salon for a consultation in a panic about wanting to get back to my natural color & wanting to heal my hair after months of damage. I came in with no type of knowledge, just some Pinterest photos and a dream. I trusted Hailey with my literal life the other day and she completelyyyy transformed my hair. I walked out of the salon feeling so brand new and so happy and excited to be alive, truly. She took me from an uneven and damaged bleach and tone to a healthier lived-in dirty blonde that is SO gorgeous, her talent is unreal, she is literally an artist. She is so knowledgeable, & she made hair day so enjoyable and relaxing - she knew I was new and nervous & walked me through everything we were doing & made sure I was confident & happy!! She's so easy to talk to, her vibe is amazing, honestly the vibe of the entire salon is amazing. Hailey and all of the stylists hyped me up when we were done, they were all SO sweet and personable. I can't sing their praises or recommend this salon & Hailey enough :)

Not to forget was repeatedly told that the Elite Global stylist that left the bond remover in my hair & did not wash it out before installing 3 new bundles , was the same person who would be doing the 4th visit. That is absolutely absurd. I have lost all faith in this Salon & do hope future customers look else where for extension services.
