They really go the extra mile with up to date technology coupled with an increased emphasis on the customer-centric nature of dental. Everyone from their front of house managers to hygienists are really first class.

Due to my job, in the last 7 years I have lived in Ohio, IL, TN, and now IN. I have seen quite a…read morefew dentists, and have never missed a check up in my life. We decided on Dr. Turner due to proximity to our house, and I have to say I am 100% not going back to him. He is an egotistical prick! Told my wife she needed a root canal and had 5 cavities, when 6 months ago our previous dentist found nothing. When she calmly said "I think I may get a second opinion". Dr. Turner immediately went off! Asking "Sounds like you think I'm after your pocketbook". And "If that was the case, I would have found something wrong with your husbands teeth". Meanwhile I'm sitting here at 36 years old and never had a cavity, have perfectly straight teeth without ever having braces. Dr. Turner then proceeded to tell my wife, "I showed you the pictures, and if you want a second opinion, then I'm not doing the work. You need to leave". Dr. Turner is the worst dentist I have ever seen, and so glad we found out who he truly is after only going to him one time. There are plenty of dentists around. We don't need someone with the mindset of amputation when an anti-inflammatory would work. Do better Dr. Turner, you have a lot of work to do to be considered semi-professional. Sincerely, John Myles

I've been extremely happy with my experiences here! I went in originally for jaw pain, and everyone…read morewas very friendly! The dentist is amazing! She was able to pinpoint a reason for a problem I've had for my entire life, and now that I know, it can be dealt with so I'm very grateful! Dentistry is never comfortable, and just as in the medical field, you never know what's going on behind the scenes so it might be possible that you have to wait a few extra minutes. It is probably because they squeezed someone in who was in pain. I'd rather be gracious in that situation, because I've been there too! In total, I would be happy to continue in this dentist's care for good.

Extremely disappointing experience at Aspen Dental. Going to the dentist isn't exactly something…read moremost people look forward to, but the very least I expect is to be treated with respect and given a reasonable amount of attention. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. My biggest complaint is the dentist himself. His attitude was rude and dismissive, and he seemed to have absolutely no interest in spending time with patients. It felt like he spent about 30 seconds with each person before rushing off to the next one. I understand that dental offices can get busy, but patients aren't just numbers on an assembly line. When someone comes in for dental care, they deserve a dentist who takes the time to examine them properly, answer questions, and explain what's going on. Instead, the entire interaction felt hurried and impersonal. What bothered me most was the attitude. A dentist doesn't need to be overly friendly or make small talk, but basic courtesy and professionalism shouldn't be too much to ask. I left feeling like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than something worth addressing. I can't speak to the technical quality of the dental work, but the patient experience alone was enough to make me seriously question whether I'd want to return. Dental care requires trust, and it's difficult to develop that trust when the dentist barely gives you the time of day. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect to be treated like a person rather than just another appointment to get through as quickly as possible. One star.
