Then the nurse practitioner prescribed the wrong strength of a medicine that I use many times and it's not a common strength that the pharmacy doesn't carry. They then call me back multiple days later and say "oh your insurance denied this medicine", and I said "yeah you guys prescribed the wrong strength - most people use a different one and the pharmacies all carry a different one. Customer service rep then tries to push me to use GoodRX instead of helping rectify the situation. Then the customer service rep who called me starts talking over me, develops a very big attitude, and then tells me "oh you're not mad at us you're mad at your pharmacist and your insurance company this is just misplaced." I was like "no i am trying to tell you something and you keep talking over me." I then ask for her name and a supervisor and she says Erika and then hangs up on me. Wow. Never in my life have I had such terrible customer service. I didn't even call them- they called me. What is you with this place?

Nevertheless, I decided to seek care there, and I'm glad I did! I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get through the phone line. And, once you establish care, there's an online messaging system to get in touch with nurses/your doctor. My messages were typically replied to within a day. Most importantly, my doctor, Dr. Kapnadak, was great--compassionate, pragmatic, and approachable. I was in good hands during my time there.

If you're trying to get an appointment be prepared to wait. Calling the office feels like trying to get into a country club where you're not on the list, and they definitely want you to know it. Every interaction is coated in entitlement and condescension, like they're doing you a favor by letting you seek medical care. Case in point: I was 16 minutes late due to a car accident that was right in front of me and called ahead to let them know. Their grace period is 15 minutes and I was met with cold stares and a turned-away appointment. I can't speak to the care because I can't get past the velvet rope. If you value compassion, empathy, or even just basic decency at the front desk, maybe look elsewhere. Or at least mentally prepare for a Hunger Games-style battle just to get in the door.

She saved my life and it was a miracle I woke up after the emergency surgery. Her quick thinking as soon as she saw me was what saved me. She took charge and I'll never forget her telling me before they rushed me into the OR that she was going to take care of me. Her words gave me such peace. She is truly my hero and I am so grateful I have been able to raise my three girls. If it wasn't for her that never would have happened. The daughter I gave birth to is now a 4th year medical student. Thank you Dr. Daniels!!!

She was referred to me by a coworker, who loved her laid back, yet ultra professional and knowledgeable style. She was exactly the doctor I wanted to deliver my baby. Dr. Daniel helped my boyfriend and I get through the hardest experience of my life, when we lost our first baby to a chromosomal disorder at 5 months. (I was 39 and considered at risk because of my age.) We found out about all the "genetic markers" while at the routine ultrasound at 4.5 months. The lab technician and ultrasound doctor were both cold and clinical when telling us that our baby was not alright. It was so tragic and painful, but she was our angel to help us make it through and try again. Dr. Daniel was so compassionate, patient and loving. We then got pregnant again a few months later with a healthy baby boy, Jack who was an breeze to deliver and is still such a joy in our lives at 1.5 years old. It was a very nerve wracking pregnancy though after our sad experience, but Dr. Daniel and the other doctors and nurses at Seattle OBGYN really helped us feel at ease and confident. I give her the max of 5 stars here, but would give her 10 if I could. She is a lovely and talented person and responsible for so helping us create such a wonderful family. Lori
