In this market we found all kinds of roadblocks that prevented us from getting house-to-house. After being outbid on numerous homes Jen was able to connect with another realtor friend of hers and find us the home that we were looking for. Her connections were Paramount in us being able to purchase our 1st home as a family. She did such an amazing job that we used her to cell another family member's homember's home and she got it done in less than 21 days. There are many realtors out there that you can use but none have the personal attention, caring, heart, and overall Passion to help you through the process. Shortly after we had our contract 3 other offers came in before we closed on our home! For SALE BY OWNER worked for me and I am so glad I used an attorney for our closing... NO AGENT fees... It took me about 1.5 years to sell my home myself but the other homes were on the market an average of 8 months with agents. Sure they could have sold it a lot sooner but I would have lost a TON of $$$$$$! I broke even on the sale of my home and I feel everyone was happy with the price as the appraisal came in a little HIGHER than the price we were asking for on our home. Again, I had full intentions of listing with this office UNTIL they wanted to drop my price ridiculously LOW! I even compared my home with the recent sales and explained that they were getting even MORE amenities, land, and water rights than the other homes in the area!
