I called and asked if they could blow dry my hair before braiding and the lady on the phone said…read moreyes. When I got there, the lady braiding my hair was annoyed that I brought this up and didn't even blow dry it correctly...she literally just blow dried my hair without even combing it so there wasn't even a point in her doing that. My hair was still rough when it was dry. Why even offer to do it if you're going to halfway do it? When I took the braids down my hair was shedding so badly (I had 6 feed in braids) because she didn't put any oil in my hair at all and used that tiny comb to comb through it. I had long 4c hair and now it is shoulder length because of all the damage. Wish I could give them 0 stars

My first impression of the salon and everyone in there was "yes I am home and in my happy place". This is a major must when you plan on being there for up to 5 hours per visit. Vibe...I mean I can't even put into words. High end, eclectic, energetic yet relaxed... And Ashe, WOW! Took my inspiration and made it even better than I could have imagined. I never expect to bring in a picture and say make me look like this and end up unhappy because they don't look exactly like it. I love trusting my stylist to bring my "inspiration" into a one of a kind piece of art and Ashe did not disappoint! I look forward to working with you going forward and hoping to bring some of your artistic creativity and talent to life with my hair !

The place has a great vibe and has it's own parking lot which is very convenient. Will definitely be back!

The past several years I've had extensions and wouldn't go anywhere else, especially considering the $ investment it requires. Whether you want a low maintenance style, a total change, or are fully in like me (blonde + extensions) she's the best. She has spent a lot of time figuring out what I want and a plan to get there. With each visit she has exceeded my expectations. In past years, stylists struggled to cut my thick hair and have never suggested coloring options other than highlights. Natallia confidently cut layers in my thick hair. I am happier with my hair than I've been in years and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit.
