I have never had a issue with a claim or getting world-class customer service from Fariba and her team. If I did have a concern/question, Fariba has always been quick to address it and resolve it in a professional and timely manner. Unfortunately my experience recently has been distasteful . I discovered that my auto insurance policy had been cancelled for four months without ANY notification from the office, but through a notice from the DMV. When I reached out to the office to ask why Dave informed me that they were carrying too many auto policies and essentially implied that they do not have the capacity to notify existing clients when they are dropped due to underwriting changes. To be told that I was "just a number" and that the agency does not prioritize keeping their clients informed is deeply disappointing.I would not recommend this office. Loyalty clearly does not matter here, and I am certain there are other State Farm agents who value their clients more than this team does.

My daughter just got her license and we were searching for insurance. After spending hours upon hours looking, we found Liz! She had originally sent a quote that was much lower than we ended up paying, but she was also honest about everything and stated the rate depends on your driving record and history. She had given another quote but it was still higher than what we hoped. In the end Liz helped lower it and we paid for the year. She sent us a copy of the insurance card by text and email the same day. We signed an e-doc and she assured it would be emailed and sent over shortly. The only reason I have to give this 4 stars is because we still do not have that document which was signed 4-5 days ago. We are still waiting for that email, I will happily change this once that is received. Reading the negative comments has scared me because I hope they are not scamming people. I first spoke with Josh about two weeks ago and never received a callback. When I followed up, I was told they could not quote me until closer to my renewal date, which is the 19th of this month. I then spoke with Jose, who stated he was the manager, and he assured me he would have a quote for me by Monday even though it was still a little early. Monday came and went with no communication. Yesterday, May 12th, I called again and spoke with Josh, who once again told me I would receive a callback. Today, May 13th, after still hearing nothing, I called back yet again. Josh blamed the delay on Jose, saying Jose was supposed to call me. Jose eventually called, made excuses, and again stated he still could not provide a quote even though my renewal is only days away. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Jose stated he was the supervisor. I then asked who his supervisor was, and he said someone named Val, but told me they did not want to speak with me directly and that I could email Jose and he would forward it. I was planning on bringing over three policies, and the only reason I continued pursuing this was because of the strong reviews I had seen online. Unfortunately, the level of communication and customer service I experienced did not reflect those reviews at all. I understand businesses get busy, but my time is just as valuable as theirs. In the end, I will be taking my business elsewhere, which is unfortunate because I truly tried to be patient and understanding throughout the process.
