I racked up well over 5 speeding tickets within a 6 month period due to long distance commuting to an from San Jose. Both my insurance companies (Infinity Auto/Geico MC) collected a pretty penny from me for the premiums they charged for two cars with full coverage and liability for my bike. Long story short Nick Ghukasyan was able to cut my premium in half what I was paying a month with infinity auto ($316.00 mo to $175.00 mo) and totally killed what I had already paid up front for my bike insurance ($1032.00 a yr to $with Geico. He even stayed on the phone all the way thru to call each insurance company so I could get my money back on those premiums. I was shocked to find out about my insurance companies adding points to my driving record in there systems to charge me HIGHER PREMIUMS!!! I had 9 (Infinity Auto) and 10 points (Geico). I actually have a total of 5 points due to one of my speeding tickets was exceeding 100 mph which was 2 points itself. I know trust me I'll never do that again, SonomaRaceway for when I feel compelled to do a 140+! My recommendation if you have a few speeding tickets and want a fair rate check with RoadGuard nice name as they do guard you from being swindled by big name insurance companies. I actually saved a TON switching from Geico and Infinity and these days saving even an extra few dollars helps! I will definitely start a petition that will force insurance companies to use the exact same points as it appears on your DRIVING RECORD! RoadGuard did what they promised and delivered substantially huge savings for me I'm positive and confident they can do the same for YOU! But don't just take my word for it call them up and see for yourself if you can talk with Nick he was very knowledgeable and through at everything! Thanks Nick and RoadGuard!!!! Sincerely, Walt Thompson read more

This is the place to go. I found them on yelp and they made a huge difference on my annual quote, to the point that it was unbelievable. 100% recommended to everyone. All you gotta do is call. read more

Do not buy your policy here. They have you sign all kind of forms to make sure you are never covered incase something happens. You will have insurance, but you will never be covered. read more

i want to say thank you Roadguard insurance. You are the best insurance agency in town. Fast and great service amazing agents and manager.Thank you for your service read more

BEST RATES AND MOST HELPFUL!! I just bought a new car (Hyundai veloster) and I've been looking for insurance. I have 2 accidents, so my quotes are through the roof. I've probably talked to over 20 different insurance agents/brokers and couldn't be happier to go with Roadguard. Why? Two reasons: they got me the cheapest deal and we're very helpful with explaining everything. If you look at my other reviews, you'll see I have no problem complaining about bad service Haha Anyways, Nick was the guy who helped me out. He wasn't pushy (when almost every other brokers from other companies were). Whenever I had a question (and I would ask the same question multiple times when I didn't understand), he would clearly answer it and never got frustrated with me (or at least, never let me know he did). Getting insurance is never fun, but at least you can relieve some stress through Roadguard. "2 thumbs up" -Ebert and Shubin read more

As soon as i walked in to the office everybody greeted me, offered coffee, water and tea. They honestly made me feel welcomed. Agent Nick was able to find the best rate for my car insurance even with my 2 accidents and 1 texting ticket. He explained everything to me and was very patient. read more

I have a bad habit of only reviewing businesses that have done me wrong, but after getting my car insurance with Road Guard, I decided to turn over a new leaf and write a positive review for a change. I have lunch in the plaza often and decide to walk in one day to get a quote. They were so helpful and even stayed in the office pretty late to help me get my paperwork done. Thank you! read more

They quoted me a low monthly payment so I went into their office only to be slapped with a huge down payment.... The they friendly but you can definitely find cheaper prices. read more

I've had my share of different Auto Insurance throughout the years and have to definitely state that RoadGuard Insurance has met my highest expectations with their service and price! I had bad points on my driving record and almost lost hope searching for a decent auto insurance that would be affordable. Until I met Art Damiryan over the phone, he has provided me with the best, lowest auto insurance available, compared to the others I have requested on quotes. Over the years, I have changed vehicles and Art again has helped me through and through without any complications. He would even go the distance to find better, cost effective programs for me to save on $$$. Art, you are the man! Thank you very much. Ruben Ramos read more

Best Auto Insurance I have ever had!!! Rafael saved me $60 on my Auto Insurance and even got me a lower deductible! However when I request to see if I can get a better quote for my auto ins no one really gets back to me read more

Man, these cats are shit busy when you call them! To me that means they are good! So owner called me back for my property insurance and gave me a quote after a day delay! But the price he gave me made up for the delay! He was very very professional and closed the deal after our conversation in less then an hour, and sent me proof of insurance. But what the hell,! they got things going for me with no god damn drama. Thanks guys !!! read more

Avoid this place at all costs. They will rip you off. You can find much better rates if you shop around. Prices are not competitive at all. read more

RoadGuard is amazing. I relocated to California about 15 months ago and was referred to RoadGuard by my brother. Their rates are competitive and their customer service is excellent. Lucy did wonders with my wife and my policy when it came time to renew. I highly recommend them!!! read more

AMAZING! had to switch insurance has renewal was coming up and my insurance was jacking up payment by like 60 went from 79-130 because of two fender benders. Nick @roadguard not only gave me a quote that was much lower but true, he didn't give me the quote then try to screw me when it came to actually signing paperwork, signed today and he gave me everything he said, even better as he knocked 25 off so down payment was less than 200 and my monthly is less than 60 compared to if I wouldn't of chosen roadguard my insurance payments would be 130. Nick even dealt with me going through text and email playing tag and answering all my questions and emails/texts in a prompt manner. I hope to be with them for a long time :) U rock Nick!! Couldn't ask for a better person! read more

It took me some time to research companies to find the best price. And my renewal was coming up. Albert called to offer me a quote for commercial insurance, I submitted all my information to him. After a week he calls me back to offer price for my premium. So far it was best that I received on the market. Albert truly went out of his way make sure that all my questions were answered. I Was very satisfied with there work ethic as well as being their when I needed him. This by far was the best experience that I had in past 3 years in this industry. So guys I recommend you to call Albert for any commercial insurance needs. 424-303-0390....thanks you Albert hope you can help others the way you help me. read more

Big thanks to road guard for helping me get super low insurance rates! Nick was awesome, he kept looking to find me the sweet deals and best of all he was an actual human to me. Not just trying to get commission. Thanks so much! read more

WHAT A GEM!!!! I found this place through Yelp, of course. They had THE CHEAPEST rates all around and trust me, I looked around. You do have to pay your broker a one time fee but after that, you are set. My agent is Art and he is just the best. Any time I need to adjust my policy, he is ON TOP of it. He tries his best to make sure all changes are made the day requested. He has phenomenal communication. When I can't reach him on the phone I either leave a msg at his office and he calls back by the end of the day or I email him and he always gets back to me. Great staff. Very friendly. Communicate well. Low rates. what else can you ask for? Hats off to RoadGuard Insurance!!! read more

Having never heard of them before, I was a bit skeptical. Over the last two+ years, however, I have received nothing but excellent service from Art, my agent. Just this week I had an insurance emergency where I needed to add my Fiancé immediately with some strange minimum requirements from her work. Her agent had quoted her almost $600/mo, and had stalled all day, even though he knew she had till the end of the day to have her insurance done (per employer). I called Art an hour before closing time and by close we had a new policy covering both of our vehicles for under $300 a month! All I can say is that goes well and above his job requirements, and I couldn't be happier. read more

let me give you a recent truthfull feedback .how do these people ethically and morally take people's money when the policy was never activated? writting it off as "earned" wow. that is very scandalous.please beware of these people (stephanie valenzuela) they are quick to pull money your money &take advantage of people who are trusting them to help..but the question still remains how to you steal peoples money for a policy that never went through???? karma..... read more

If you want to get screwed use them... nothing but a shady business with uneducated people who only see a paycheck. Pay a little more money to make sure the job is done right. I signed up got into a accident.. then was told I was not covered 5 months latter car is still damaged the other party wants to sew dmv wants to take my licence and road guard is no where to be found. Dont make the same mistake I did its not worth the aggravation. Art helped me he is nice but ignorance never helped anyone. Also the office manager is helpless as well and the owner of the place doesn't return phone calls they don't Care about the client just your money! I asked for the name of there errors and omissions department.the office manager said she would have the owner and his attorney get back me as if I did something fraudulent hahah they wouldn't give it to me.. shady, ghetto and cheap read more

Always been honest with me had good rates even with my history. Better now that they are off my records. They will work with you.

Jannah (my insurance agent) has been extremely helpful in finding me an affordable insurance company. I called and spoke with Rafayel about Insurance for my daughter. He provided excellent customer service in a timely matter. Thanks Rafayel for your help again today in regards to my son and his insurance quotes. read more

I needed full coverage as well as an SR-22 and Janna got me exactly that for only $101 a month ($50 less than any other quote I've received from anywhere else) and split my down payment (which was the exact same amount as the lowest quotes I received elsewhere). Yay I can drive again!! read more

This review has been long over due, I had this insurance broker for 4 years,in the beginning because it was cheep but as you know you get what you pay for. My agent was Art he was a lying, conniving salesman who bargained like you were buying a used car changing prices left and right to keep the sale. He told me when I bought a newer truck there would be a 1 time processing fee of $250 and my rate would only go up slightly. Well it was not a 1 time fee the Insurance company also wanted a processing fee of $165 and my rates went up significantly higher. Just because its cheep doesn't make it good. I took my business elsewhere. read more

Well, so far so good. But I will say, they beat all competition by afar. John was very helpful and patient. As you could imagine, they're a busy bunch, so often you might have to leave a message and wait for a return call,,,busy is usually a good sign for business, i would think! read more

Beware of broker fees disguised as "endorsement fees".Nick seemed like a friend and take good care of me until he thought I wasn't paying attention and then added an extra $300 in broker fees onto my bill for making a simple change to the policy. read more

Yes they do have the cheapest insurance on the market other than the comparible freeway auto insurance and alliance united auto insurance that I have noticed. But you pay for what you get. This company did not file my SR 22 form when they claimed that they did, this resulting in the dmv suspending my license without any notice. I had to take the day off work and pay to get my license reinstated and roadguard would not reimburse me. Now it shows on my driving record of the suspension which looks bad causing my insurance rates to go up. Rafael was my agent and he was the most unpleasant man I have ever had to deal with. When I got in a accident, I had liability and I called to report that I hit a car, his reaction was, "why are you calling? You have liability you don't need to call us or report something unless your fully insured." I was shocked, its illegal to not report an accident. How does Rafael have a job for an insurance company when he doesn't know the laws? So i finally get to report my accident through someone else and later on AAA the other persons insurance bills me for the accident because they were unable to get through to my insurance. Road guard wouldn't answer the phone or respond to AAA. I had to deal with black hawk claims and roadguard attempting countless hours of calling and leaving messages. It took over a week to get a hold of them and to pass my bill over. My experience was horrible and wouldn't want to go through with this again. I hope no one else gets into an accident with roadguard insurance beacuse it won't be pretty read more

Scam !!!! Nick charged my card without permission . He also didn't go through with getting me lower rates like he promised. Save yourself time and sanity . Don't work with these people . All they want is your money. When you say no to their offers they will try to talk you into it , and will remain consistent until they get your business .. After they have you , they will promise you lower rates in the future and never give them too you ... Cheaper is not always better ... Don't do business with these scam artist . read more
