I've never been to this location, it's over by the Starbucks tucked in the back. The inside is small like the others but I did see some tables outside to sit at. I walked in and noticed there was an order here line and a mobile order/pickup area. I walked over to the mobile order pickup station and never once got approached by the three girls working that day. I then hopped over to the order here station and she asked what I would like, and proceeded to tell her I have a mobile order under my name. She went in the back to grab it and handed it to me, but why have a designated area for mobile orders if you're just gonna be ignored when you stand in that line?? The acai bowl I got was the basic acai, with banana and strawberries, coconut flakes, honey drizzle and I added pb for an additional charge. The hemp granola isn't gf as I checked the website and I also called to double check and she told me it was only vegan. (Which is a little misleading as online it says this bowl is vegan and gf). Also, this bowl would have been 5 stars if the coconut flakes weren't at the bottom of my fruit. IMO that's consider a topping, not a mixed in option to an acai bowl. The acai bowl had good texture, fruit was fresh. I also asked for honey drizzled on top and that wasn't added to the bowl either unless it was mixed in with the coconut flakes idk.. but whoever is making these acai bowls needs a refresher on how to actually make one! read more

I was there at around 12:20 with Grace and Devin at the register. When I was done with my order about 10 people walked after me and instead of doing my drink, grace took everyone else's order and Devin completed the orders of the people behind me first and he was going to start the next group when I told him what about my order since I was here first. He then proceeded to say that my juice takes longer to do and I said I was on my lunch break and it's first come first served. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STOTE AGAIN. Love the staff, the smoothies and juices. I come in very often and am please with nearly everything...but whenever I get their bowls I often get soggy fruit on top. Sometimes it's fresh and near perfect but most of the time it's usually a squishy banana or strawberries. The other toppings like pineapple and blueberries seem to be fine. Overall I enjoy the place but the freshness of the bowl toppings will make me give it only 2 stars. read more

Juice it up used to be the only shop with good acai. really good acai. today i went in to find they changed their acai base. the acai used to be good because this is the only place that actually blends their acai instead of scooping it out of a container. not anymore. im sure theyve changed because its a cheaper option. im disgusted. absolutely infuriated. you'd think you'd tell people youre now scooping ice cream that tastes like plastic before charging them $14 for a damn fruit bowl. now there is no where to get good acai anymore because cooperate is greedy and opted for a cheaper option. never going back, not even for smoothies. absolutely disgusted and pissed off. way to give in under no pressure. im sure there were no customer calls for this change because it was perfect before. and now it tastes the same as every other place because its the same disgusting fake taste that every other establishment scoops out of a damn bin. This place rocks! The staff is always friendly and ready to get to juicing. The drinks have variety and the options are nice to have. The vibe is what you would expect from a smaller juice bar. I usually get a custom drink of just cucumber juice with a little lemon that was crafted by the help of one of the staff members. I wish they had a cold press machine but aside from this the price for the juice is good. Talk about RUDE! The young man working the register (black mask with Doberman Pinschers on it and feather ear ring clips) was the rudest young adult I think I may have ever come in contact with. If he hates his job so badly he should quit. Here's a tip, when you work in customer service the very least you could do is make eye contact. And it's nice when customers come in to get something from your establishment you don't act annoyed that they walked in, and if they ask a question,..... Hello, I rarely leave bad reviews. I try not to publicly complain about things because I don't want to hurt the business. But tonight September 8th, 2020 around 6:50pm I experienced the WORST service of my life. The girl working with brown hair and a flower tattoo basically shamed me and my fiancé for asking for a smoothie remake. We paid $15 for two large smoothies and they tasted like straight up chalk. We walked back in and politely asked for them to be remade. We were then greeted with a sigh and "what do you want me to do? Remake it?" As if it's the worst thing that's happened all day. We replied "yes, please." And she took our original drinks to dispose of them, which is fine. We had to leave with out anything because she was slamming things and mumbling while attempting our remakes. Just picked up a bunch of smoothies and they were delicious. They had something for everybody. Got some classic strawberry banana smoothies which were nice. I also got the orange sunrise with sherbet, not to sweet and not to tangy. On the veggie side we picked up the evergreen flavor. It was smooth and enjoyable. Customer service was good. I had the worst customer service for asking for my smoothie to be remade. I grabbed a large size smoothie that was like $10 on my way to work as a frontline worker at a hospital and by the time I tasted my smoothie five minutes later I was already halfway to work and couldn't turn around. It was so nasty, it was a blended smoothie that tasted like compost and chalk. I was already at work and didn't have time to turn around and take it back. I saved the blended juice and took it back to the store the next day. I took three sips out of it. I asked the employee if I could get a regular juice (not blended) that normally I get all the time from there. He basically lectured me on that I shouldn't freeze their smoothies and it needs to be shaken because it will separate. I never froze the smoothie and I drank it right minutes of when I got it and I also stirred it. The kicker is I brought their largest smoothie and the remake that he lectured me about, he gave me a small kids size for their hassle. You lost a customer that has been coming to you for years. I'll Go to Nekter or Movita instead. read more

I had the Detoxifier juice minus the cucumber. It's really good and it filled me up to the point where I didn't wanna eat my meal- didn't have to It has a strong ginger taste (not too strong but if you're not a fan of ginger you might wanna leave that out) I had to leave out the cucumber because cucumbers tend to give me indigestion. A lot of $ for juice but it makes my wife and daughters happy and it's better than paying $900 for a juicer that will never be used. And my vice is coffee and Starbucks is in the same strip mall. The people who work there are nice. They could use a bit more staff -- each drink takes awhile to make so it is not fast food. If there is only one on duty you are going to be waiting a bit. Even with two it seems like they are busy cutting fruit and veggies -- prep work. Call your order in ahead so it is ready -- or almost ready -- when you get there. read more
