The drinks were great, I will start by saying that. However, we got there in the morning and walked in and said hello. The cashier didn't say anything back and looked unwelcoming and upset. He barely mumbled a response when we said good morning again. He had no personality and no customer service skills. Stopped here for a quick pick me up before headed out to the keys. My husband and I split the açaí bowl and it was delicious! I loved how they mixed yogurt, honey and açaí together to make a creamy base. The fruit toppings were plentiful and it was the perfect hot day treat! The mango and coconut on top was delicious and fresh! I also got the Bluenana Berry smoothie (Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana, Flax Seeds, Vanilla Almond Milk, Agave, Cranberry Juice), which was equally as good - but between the smoothie and açaí bowl I was on a sugar rush! I'm pregnant and my baby was kicking like crazy after - definitely a treat! All in all, simple smoothies and healthy eats here. Prices were good, and they ended up giving us a bigger size since they had "extra" made when they blended our smoothies. Win win! Definitely check this place out! read more

I had been to this location before it's switched from a Robeks. I had no issues with the change because they kept the same shakes they just change the names. I understand prices went up a bit, nothing major. It was still my spot to get a quick shake for Breakfast before heading into work when I worked in the area. I moved jobs so I felt a craving for my regular and I detour to get my usual shake. I ordered my fountain of youth medium which was advertised as $6.99 and when they rang it up it was a few cents off of nine dollars. When I make the comment, the cashier just shrugged. Didn't change any number at all. Was in a hurry so I didn't have time to argue over the cost. I LOVED THIS PLACE! Been coming here for years, but after an altercation with an employee with personal matters, NEVER Again. I always come after the gym to enjoy a protein smoothie or the amazing açaí bowls. I never come when a certain employee is there because I myself own a business and had an incident with this person In my business environment. All the employees there are very wonderful and their customer service has been great so far. I came on this day on regular routine. Sometimes other servers serve me while she is there.. a couple weeks after they hired a new employee and her and the girl insulted me and was literally disrespecting me while I was there, being that I am very mature and older I didn't sink down to the level of immaturity between the girls, but you can imagen the anxiety that ran through my body. Then a few days after they got into an altercation with my sister and my sister is very outspoken and did not let the insult continue. The day before me walking in she let another server , serve me, no problem. Then I come today n the same server was taking my order n she walks up claiming I am not allowed here. I was so confused because I never in my life have met the owner and my first experience with them was very unprofessional, how do you allow you employees to insult other people and then bring there personal matters to there woke environment and then the owner tells me on the phone that she should of taken matters about her employees personal matters into her own hands & all I did was want an açaí bowl , don't even speak to the girl or look her way, several times my friends would make sure her employee was good, out of. Nowhere she made it personal and the embarrassment that I experienced you don't even want to imagen. So many people was in there when this employee continued the harassment. The crazy part about it all is the very employee that is being defended by the owner is the very employee that sat in my chair to talk trash about her workspace . Very sad day . No management until Thursday per JoJo that hung up when I asked for manager to be contacted to call me as this was 2nd time in one week my Acai bowl wasn't correct. 2 days ago it was watery like they thought they were just doing a smoothie but without flavor. Today massive ball of peanut butter in bowl not blended hardly any fruit and I had to purchase granola to put on bowls as I was told they didn't have any. To spend over $30 with a business multiple times in 1 week and be hung up on and then when I called back staff kept picking up and hanging up phone. This is unacceptable. read more
