We love this we have been in Tennessee 6 years now. We…read morefound MAH about 2 years ago and couldn't be more pleased. I find them to be very honest, VERY AFORDABLE, Dr Chambers has always tried to find the cheapest best medicine options for our animals. Today we had a quick visit, unscheduled, we called after our dog grabbed a ground hog and got bit twice. They took us same day. A quick check, shave spot, and cleanup , with antibiotics at a very reasonable price. I find it hard to believe bad reviews but generally nothing is 100% dealing with the public but currently we are at 100% satisfaction after many visits. Every once in a while they've been super busy and we've waited a while over our appointment time but I will take a bit of a wait for their services any day. I would recommend them if you need a vet

This practice leaves a lot to be desired. On Oct. 1, they recommended the dog be brought back in…read morethe next day for surgery. The dog sat there for 4 days, untreated. Let that sink in, 4 days untreated. Surgery was finally done and the obstruction was removed from the intestines, but not before the dog was in extreme pain for 4 days, untreated. The obstruction has already caused issues within the intestines due to leaving the dog sit for 4 days untreated. The dog died. No communication with the family during those 4 days the dog was left untreated. Now, the clinic informs the family that it forgave the remainder of the monies owed due to the dogs death. Since the family is now trying to get MARLEY'S complete medical records, the office manager has stated that the family will need to pay the forgiven balance before they will release the medical records! This is after informing them in writing the request for those records. Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that this Veterinary Clinic caused the death of a family let by not doing the surgery on time, not communicating with the family and not releasing the medical records. They are getting away with this and causing more grief on a family whose beloved per died while in their care. My only fear is that when they do receive the medical records, they will not be the true records but doctored to avoid taking responsibility. Think twice before using this vet. It seems for most everyday things they seem to be quasi competent but with complex issues, you are putting the life of your pet at a huge risk.
