That in itself is beyond worth it in terms of the experience. The transparency is what I value most. I had requested a tire rotation. I feel like most places, especially when they are busy, would just rotate the tires and call it a day. In this case, I was told they would not rotate my tires because my 2 back tires were super worn and wearing unevenly which would not be a benefit to my car if I rotated them. They made their recommendations and were not pushy at all about what I did or did not do for that matter. They told me they honor their estimates for 30 days (if memory serves me right) and that I could call ahead any time if I wanted to do any of the repairs that were not done then. I love the attention to detail too. I had come in right around Halloween so they left me some candy in the car when they were done! You know I will be back!

Pburg Auto always gives you repair recommendations during your visit as well as things to keep an eye on in the future but they are never pushy about it- they want to keep you safe and keep your vehicle in top shape. There have been many times where they have given me a heads up about a car part needing work in the future and say- wait a bit until you need this part because this issue is fine for now and it will save you money to do both at the same time. Not many shops will be brutally honest and try to save you money from making repairs you don't quite need yet!
