When the doctor arrived, she was quick to build a plan for me. We moved to TN from NY at the beginning of Covid and had not seen a dentist for several years now. Glasscock Dentistry on Nolensville Road is fantastic! They have a great location with front door parking. The office is welcoming and super clean! Every single staff member treated us like we had been coming there for years. Amy, our hygenist, was gentle and kind. She kept us informed each step of the way and my kids loved her. One of my kids has special needs so I worry a little more about her. Dr. Glasscock made her so comfortable and treated her with such compassion. My daughter isn't afraid to go back and that makes a big difference. A couple of my kids needed a referral and appointment with a surgeon to have wisdom teeth extracted. The wonderful young woman at the front desk made all of the calls for us and set everything up so all we had to do was show up. She went above and beyond to help us out and get us where we needed to be. After many years of pain, I have finally found the perfect dentist office. It's definitely not fancy (I've been to those fancy places and let's just say looks are very deceiving), but the quality of work is wonderful. Dr. Ryan is fine but its the hygienist, Myra, that does amazing work. She is extremely thorough (she spent 1 hour on my mouth) and talks you through the entire process. She gives good tips but does not mince her words - she tells you straight what you should be doing. My mouth never felt cleaner and healthier. I've already got my next appointment booked!
