Dr. Gluck, his son, Dr. JonO, Cindy--the whole crew, have always made me leave there with a smile (no pun intended). They always know my name when I come in, I've received thank you notes, they're always complimentary of my fashion choices (which was a boost of confidence when I was going through a very nasty divorce), and they've even played the part as my therapist--lol! I had braces as a teen, but crowding happened after wisdom teeth came in; and as an adult, I thought it would be awkward going back to an orthodontics' office, but they made me very comfortable. Now, my teeth are beautiful again, and I get compliments all the time on how beautiful and straight my teeth are; I owe it all to Gluck Orthodontics. This place is full of positive vibes and now my teeth are beautiful again. I don't have children; but when I do, they will be going there for their orthodontic needs. They've earned a lifetime customer and advocate right here. Thank you for being so good to me.

After the appointment, they suddenly charged me $250 -- and I had no idea that any extra service had been done or that it would cost more. I had no information about the X-ray at any point. No one explained that it would be performed or that it had a separate fee. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. When I went back to speak with the manager, she was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she blamed me and said, "Did you ask?" This is extremely unprofessional -- it is the clinic's responsibility to inform patients before doing any additional procedure or charging extra fees. I left feeling disrespected and financially taken advantage of. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects honesty, transparency, and proper communication.

I love that. Also no shaming, questioning, or hinting as many hygienist do with flossing or teeth color. Came for a follow up and after a…read morebite adjustment because it was too high I was still in pain but the dentist said she had no logical idea what it could be, offered no follow up plan, and did not offer to redo the filling. So I was left to be in pain for rest of my life if I saw no other treatment. Sought a 2nd opinion which immediately determined upon examination that the filling was compromised and needed to be redone. The 2nd opinion was communicated to this dentist. I sent an email and went in person to give this office the chance to redo the filling, release my insurance claim, or refund for out of pocket costs paid for the last filling. They refused all 3 options and closed my account. I later went to my pcp and was prescribed oral rinse which got rid of most my pain when used per the instructions. I got the filling at the 2nd dentist (as the pain would come back when oral rinse was not used) and the pain was gone the day after treatment. I am so disappointed that the dentist would rather choose a complaint to the dental board, filing with insurance appeal, a bbb complaint and negative review on social media sites, and the possibly getting sued instead of just taking accountability. This could have been easily avoided had you offered to redo the filling at the follow up (Like any other good Dentist would have done) OR just released the insurance claim OR paid back the $300 I paid out of pocket. You might be ok here with a dental cleaning but anything else that is irreversible Caveat Emptor. (Or in other words if this office makes a mistake beware you will foot the bill)

I am having SUCH a hard time dealing with insurance and office staff for whatever reason so this is to address that. Wanted to try out a new dentist for my daughter since Cumberland is a joke. I made an appointment the start of September, told them I was using new insurance and sent them the info via text as I was instructed to do. They failed to update insurance info and ran the secondary insurance instead. Of course I did not know, I left assuming that the insurance I GAVE THEM was being used. I then received a letter in the mail from my secondary insurance saying the care was denied, which I knew that would be the case. Hence why I gave the office my new insurance! I called them to let them know. Spoke with Natalie, she said she would update it asap, and to "attn" the text with insurance info to her. Which I did, literally sent the same insurance info I had already sent two weeks prior on my initial visit. Annoying...but okay. Fast forward to this week. Monday 10/6 A MONTH after my initial visit, I call and ask if there is any update to which I am told that my insurance had denied coverage because THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO RUN MY OLD INSURANCE and payed no mind to the new insurance I gave them. I have to explain yet again that I (from the start) have tried to use my other insurance. I honestly don't understand what the issue is at this point. It can't be that hard. So the woman I spoke with said she would put it through and that the insurance woman would send me an email letting me know an estimated price with my new insurance. Alright cool FINALLY! I thank her and wait for email. Email never arrives. Now it's Wednesday, and I call again...speak with Natalie again, she sounds like she remembers me and tells me insurance will definitely email me today with the estimate. Mind you I never asked for this estimate, they just offered that..I don't even care about the estimate info at this point, it's the principal of it all. It's bad business. Period. I'm literally asking for nothing more than to just use the INSURANCE IVE GIVEN YOU PEOPLE SINCE 9/2!!!! ANYWAYS... I still have no email and have no interest whatsoever in returning to this place. For the office staff alone, holy hell what a headache it is. Short staffed or not, it's been more than enough time to deal with this issue. Get it together. Get this..NOW they wanna call me. I've NEVER over this entire situation gotten a call and NOW they wanna call me. I guess someone read the review. I'm not taking it down. Sorry not sorry. Too late.

He also acts like your child is the only one in the world when it is your turn to be seen. My daughter had everything under the sun wrong with her teeth. It was a painful procedure and he was so sensitive with cosmetic concerns from me and pain concerns from her! Dr. Cregger is also very conservative on all procedures and I have always felt he is in this speciality for his love of pediatrics and dentistry, not for making exorbitant profit at the expense of the children and parents. His staff is also spectacular. There is very little turnover in assistants and they always remember specific details about my kids. They are also open on Fridays which is a huge plus for me.
