We are a nationally accredited training and treatment facility, offering continuing education and counseling options across the globe. In addition we offer DVD training packages, supervision and certification for the most effective stress, trauma, panic, anxiety and depression treatment protocols available - EMDR, IBSR and our EMDR-IBSR Hybrid). Meet the Business Owner: Judith M.

Judith (Judi) Moolten, CSW, Ph.D.c, ST Judi, an experienced clinical social worker and expert in trauma treatment, opened her own nationally recognized mental and physical health treatment & training company, the Bodymind Institute-IBSR in 2009. Judi spent many years consulting for continuing education companies such as Kripalu, Esalen, Pesi, Omega Institute, nonprofits and non-governmental organizations. She began treating clients for stress, & trauma over 20 years ago and was using CBT, EMDR, talk therapy and mindfulness activities to help them work through their many problems. It was during this time while also working on a PhD in clinical psychology that she realized something was missing. She would conduct individual, couples, family and group psychotherapy with veterans' and found that they would quickly try to move away from the discomfort that was co-occurring during their descriptions of horrific events. This is what led Judi to want to learn about Somatic Psychology!
