I was referred by one of my employees knowing I hate needles! It had already been four months and the daily pain was more than advil could handle. I met with Dr. Ly, she listened, asked questions about my FEMALE health history that none of the other specialist event inquired about. What? That counts? I was able to move the first day off the table. We set up a course of treatment and 6 months later i am moving like my old self. Still in recovery, but could not recommend their services more for pain management!

This time I have been seeing Dr. Amy Ly. She and the whole staff have been terrific. When I first saw Dr. Ly my pain level was between a 7 and 8 all day every day. Now, after three sessions, my pain level has been reduced to a 2 or 3. While I know not everyone will have this type of results, I am grateful for the relief that I am finding. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Ly to treat my migraine and have been recommending Ly Natural Health to many whom have asked about my experience.

Living a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me. I want to live a long and healthy life…read moreand feel like I'm 20 when I'm 90. I do tons of reading on how to keep the body young and try to remove as many toxins from my life as possible. I don't drink alcohol (very often); I eat organic, I stay away from processed foods (you know the things that most of us are trying these days). I workout and ride my bike, I do all the things we are suppose to do to stay forever young and it has worked, for the most part. I recently decided I wanted to find ways to feel the BEST I can possible feel. For me feeling great was no longer good enough. I want to feel unbelievably great. I want to wake up in the morning and think, "hell, I feel damn good today!" When people in the office ask how I'm doing, I want to respond, "it is not possible to feel any better." That's how amazing I want to feel. That's when I decided to try acupuncture. I had a couple of friends tell me to go see Dr. Ly. I had noticed significant changes in both of them, and they both attributed those changes to Dr. Ly. That was proof enough for me that it was at least worth checking out. I've now seen Dr. Ly three times, all three times I have done a "balance visit" since I don't have anything wrong with me. Since seeing Dr. Ly, I have noticed I am sleeping like a bear in the middle of hibernation at night. During the day, I have a lot more energy, and I seem to be so much more productive. I plan to continue my session with Dr. Ly indefinitely. If you are looking to feel more balanced or need a body reset, I recommend you give this place a try. Oh, one last thing. I HATE needles. Acupuncture is NOT painful, and the needles do not hurt. That is an urban myth or legend or whatever it means when lies get passed down from generation to generation.

Dr, Yan is a compassionate, very competnet professional that gets results. One day while I was on the table my wife started shaking her hand that had been giving her extreme pain. Being a chef, her work involved a lot of repetitive motion under load at times so she thought it was carpal tunnel. THE hospital (voted Best in Memphis for a number of years) ran 'tests' to the tune of over $4, 500 and did not even find a problem much less a solution and of course a cure. Dr. Yan noticed her, asked what the problem was and two needles in the affected hand one time and it has been CURED for over two YEARS! No horrible drugs with their worse than the problem sometimes side effects at terrific costs to simply mask the problem but CURED and solved thankfully. He has been a tremensous help to me with pain management for a bad back and a boost for energy due to two strokes that wreaked havoc on my overall health. I am recuperating nicely and Dr Yan is definitely a part of my long range plan to reclaim and keep my health to an optimal level. I highly recommend Dr Yan and his services!
