They explained the options for me to make the best decisions quickly with great service, ordered the part and installed it the day the part came in, cleaned my screen and gave me my old keyboard back. After all of this I found out they gave me a 50% discount for install. Super personable people, great service, local, and stayed in touch the whole ordeal. I bought an Apple refurbished Macbook and he was able to load the older OS version (don't want any AI), advise me on email and iCloud as well as a bunch of other things.
