Harris (the owner) is a networking guy. He knows how to go about troubleshooting home or business networks. While he, like most other tech services, have preference on brands of products, he's transparent and honest. He diagnosed my issues, suggested a fix, charged me his cost for the hardware, and a reasonable cost for installation. He's prompt, knowledgeable, and will offer you options at varying cost that you can consider before signing below. Is it cheap? No. Should it be? Absolutely not. Our house has doorbells, cameras, phones, media players, TVs, game consoles, thermostats, and computers. Literally dozens of devices that rely on a fast, consistent signal.
