I have managed to speak to Customer Care but that was a big failure too . I am in self isolation per age etc , and was previously an on line customer of Boots Pharmacy, Epsom , but was tempted away by Lloyds/Echo offer of home delivery and excellent customer service . My GP has sent an extra prescription to Lloyds but I have to request them to release the prescription to Echo , for delivery to be enabled . Basically a hopeless scenario - thanks Lloyds/Echo .
