I have phoned on numerous occasions at varying times including 1 minute before opening time , but have never managed to get through ! I have managed to speak to Customer Care but that was a big failure too . I am in self isolation per age etc , and was previously an on line customer of Boots Pharmacy, Epsom , but was tempted away by Lloyds/Echo offer of home delivery and excellent customer service . My GP has sent an extra prescription to Lloyds but I have to request them to release the prescription to Echo , for delivery to be enabled .
