Really, poor attitude some staffs because they are not professional pharmacists and did not help and won't speak me about need some medications. 3 men have threaten me and told me off. I've found the staff here to be helpful, polite and approachable over a number of years. Mr Shah was recently able to resolve a problem regarding availability of important medicine that needed addressing urgently (due to a GP surgery oversight). He didn't have to go the extra mile as it was not an issue of his making, and also the pharmacy was about to close for the weekend, but he found a way to temporarily resolve the issue until the GP surgery reopens on Monday. Unsure how to give a pharmacy a higher rating than 3 stars if I am honest, mainly because I never go in thinking about anything other than the fact I am ill and these people hold the key to the stuff to make me better. It is a decent place, a range of off-the-shelf medicines and obviously caters to the needs of the multiple health centres within earshot. Is pretty outdated decor-wise, but what do you want out of a local pharmacy? You don't expect to be in there inspecting the wall paper, bemoaning the non-designer chairs, and if you are, get out! Great, friendly staff and pretty speedy, so all in all, A-OK. read more
