I went back to return the test. Whilst I under returning medicine or tests doesn't not normally happen but they gave the wrong advice and product. The First Lady was rude in her response upon going back. The second person explained the policy around test returns. However, they gave the wrong advice on what I should have bought. She also clearly didn't not understand the government requirements either. How can a pharmacy sell products without knowing the actual guidelines. Shame companies like this taking advantage of people during the pandemic. I will never go back to this pharmacy. No ethics or proper customer service.

This place is very old fashioned. They do accept NHS so it's not a bad place to fill your prescription if you end up around here. I was asked twice if I needed help, so I think you'll be served well. This pharmacy takes a siesta in the afternoon so know the opening times. You would never choose to use this pharmacy because it is a crap area but if your Nan is a pensioner in NW9 it can be convenient.

Ok, let me call Pharmco" Pharmco is crap. They claim problems with having not enough drivers. I think they are particularly bad because they deliver life saving medication to vulnerable people. They could at least take some responsibility and make sure it is done correctly. Pensioners continue to use them because of a lack of options. If there were other nearby chemists serving the area, who delivered, there would be no contest.

This shop stocks a decent range of health food products including some oriental speciality products like dried seaweed. There is also a small range of books about how to manage your psychological problems with nutrition. I say manage your psychological problems by stopping labelling yourself, having a 1/2 pint and knowing when is a good time to call it day and get some sleep. Victoria Health is not bad shop but a bit overpriced.
