The only reason I am providing one star is because of the professionalism of the office staff, the…read morescheduled appointment reminders, and the reliability of the crew to show up for scheduled appointments. That being said, I have been greatly disappointed in the maintenance of my yard. When I initially signed up for the service, I was required to pay an initial fee to have my yard cleaned up (bushes significantly cut down, weeded, etc.). After that, I signed up for the monthly yard maintenance; which involved keeping bushes trimmed and weeding. My yard does not have grass. On an on-going basis, I was noticing that the bushes were not even touched visit after visit, as evidenced by their growth and the uneven edges. On at least 4 occasions, I sent the office an email indicating this (as evidenced in pictures), and the crew was sent back out. On at least 3 occasions, weed spray was used in the backyard, despite the instructions not to use it in that area. On one occasion, I asked one of the crew if he was planning on trimming the bushes in the backyard and he began arguing with me, which resulted in a call to the office. Recently, a Supervisor came out to discuss my concerns. I explained that on the most recent monthly visit, that the crew spent a total of 10-15 minutes blowing the leaf blower, yet doing nothing else. I showed him all f the untrimmed bushes and weeds in the rocks. I also explained that monthly maintenance to me means keeping bushes trimmed so they do not become too large to manage. At which time, I was told that the uneven edges and lack of trimming was "acceptable" and that it was up to the crew's discretion to decide when to trim things. At this time, I decided that this service was a complete waste of money, time, and energy!

That was big for me cause not everyone will take the time to specially order and use a quality product to reduce harm when it's faster and cheaper to get the alternative. He also found my escaped tortoise and informed me of some electrical wires in need or repair that were sticking out and could've hurt someone.
