Came out two weeks ago, took measurements and said he would call us in a couple days with the quote. I HAD to call him and ask if he had forgotten about us, and he said he was out of town and would not return until after the new year. He initially told my husband he was working on another job around the corner from us. I feel bad if those poor people were left with an unfinished project. About three months back before the rains came, I replaced my iron swinging gates to my driveway. They were getting harder and harder to open and close and usually got worse during the rainy weather. The new gates worked well, until it started raining. These new gates now were worse than the replaced ones and they were already showing signs of rust. You certainly get what you pay for. I called Juan and explained my issue. He was available to come to my home the same day but I was not available. We scheduled for the next day.
