We had a neighbor recommend us to this company because he believed they were a squared away local business. I called yesterday and explained briefly that we needed to replace an entire fence along the side of our mother's house. We set an appointment for today, 1/9/2026, and I was given a large 2 hour window between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. I arrived early and hoped the company representative would show up early and review the project. I was hoping to take the estimate and review it over the weekend and make a final decision by Sunday night. Around 1 p.m. I was still alone at the property and nobody had come yet. I called the company and spoke with Juan and asked him to confirm that someone from the company would be coming to the house soon and provide a review/estimate for a fence replacement. Juan put me on hold and after a couple minutes came back on and told me there was a mistake with schedules and that nobody would be coming to the house to look at the project. I told him that it was not good to set an appointment and not provide me an earlier notice that they were cancelling. I had put off an afternoon of work just to be at the property and receive an estimate. In fact, I should not have had to call the company myself, one hour after the start of their two-hour window, to receive confirmation of the cancellation. It was highly unprofessional of this company to not call me immediately to inform me of their alleged scheduling issue. Their dropping the ball has set me back with our planning for the fence replacement. We were also looking at changing out a couple gates as well, however that project will also go to another company. I cannot afford to take a chance with this company and will not re-schedule with them. A courtesy phone call earlier would have made a difference. read more

I highly recommend this company if you are considering vinyl fencing. I ordered materials and completed assembling a topper on top of our 54" high block wall, Mr. Vinyl only sells virgin vinyl. So much better than the box store product. Juan (the sales associate) was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with instructions and assembly tips. This was my first project installing vinyl fencing. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Everything went together very well. After 20 years, it was time to replace my old wooden fence and gate. Most of my neighbors have switched from wood to vinyl, so I turned to yelp for a good recommendation. Based on the ratings of my local vinyl fence installers, I contacted Mr. Vinyl and spoke with Juan. Juan came out right away, showed up on time and provided a detailed quote. I had a couple of tricky areas, and Juan assured me he could address them. He also advised that he would be the one installing it. That sealed the deal! Usually you speak with a salesperson that promises the world, then when the installers show up, they can't deliver. Everything turned out great! They removed and hauled away the old wooden fence and gate, installed and wiped down the new vinyl one and cleaned the area better than it was when they arrived. If you could actually get material and fabrication, that would be ok...instead, the Owner Luis and his assistant seem quite put upon that you are in their "showroom" ( the size of a small, dirty, bathroom) requesting material. 5 stars not enough for these guys. I called on Thursday and met Luis on Friday. On Tuesday, my new vinyl gate was installed. The other guys were $300+ more and 3-4 weeks out. My new gate is just as solid if not better than the competitors and backed by an extremely knowledgeable owner and crew. No box store garbage made to look custom here. Luis knows the vinyl industry inside and out and knows what he's taking about, whether it's windows, doors, gazebos, fences, gates, whatever. Luis is passionate about this industry and it shows. Installation was a breeze, clean and my old gate hauled away. Invoice and payment was electronic and was happy to be able to pay my deposit and final balance with my phone using Apple Pay. We decided to replace our tired wood fence and looked at several vinyl fence companies. We had three companies come to our house and quote us and show us their product. Luis at Mr. Vinyl had the best looking product by far. Heavier and a great look without being the shiny plastic look we wanted to avoid. His price was a little higher than we wanted but considering the amount of fence plus demolition and hauling away we decided this was our best choice. The quality of the product too. Ok, here goes. This company, specifically "Juan" (the manager), is shady and has no customer service ethic or positive regard for doing the right thing. I will explain the circumstances. - I hired a landscaper and one of the improvements I wanted is to have a fence on a sloped portion of my yard. My landscaper contacted Mr. Vinyl to get the posts for this incredibly frustrating undertaking of doing a sloped fence. He picked up the posts for $330 from Mr.Vinyl yesterday, and arrived at my house this morning. I changed my mind, the vinyl was not what I was expecting and decided to go with wood instead as I liked it better. The posts had not been altered, modified or damaged in any way. Still brand new in mint condition, packaging and all. Mr Vinyl refused to give a refund citing that they had been "handled". So, I called Mr Vinyl....he not only yelled at me that I was not his customer, he told me that they do not do returns of any kind and that it is not my signature on the receipt and so that is what defines me as not being "his" customer. Then he had the nerve to hang up on me after yelling expletives at me when I told him he had terrible customer service or regard for his customers. NO REFUNDS with profanity included, he yelled at me and then hung up! So Buyer beware, this company lacks value and ethics. I would be surprised if my landscaper does business with them in the future. How short sighted and how much business is he willing to discourage over $330! My landscaper was so kind that he generously offered to eat the cost. He has been amazing and done incredible work so far. Always with the best attitude and work ethic. I will not let him shoulder this cost, as it is deplorable in principle if nothing else. read more
