The problem was that he made it very evident that he did not have time to speak with me by hastily asking what I needed. I quickly told him my specs and was told to email the owner with my request and the owner would get back to me. I would have taken the email and POSSIBLY sought their service had he shown some interest in attracting more customers. Hopefully the owner is a little more cordial and attentive.

We then decided to have jackets made with our logos embroidered. Gary took the time to sit down with us, listen to what it was we were looking for, discuss different options, send us proofs/samples to make sure it was exactly what we wanted before putting it on our clothing, and then created beautifully embroidered jackets that met all of our expectations. We did a good amount of research into screen printing and embroidery places before choosing where to have our stuff done.
