I arrived a little after 3pm and there were just a few people inside. I was waited on pretty quickly, I think the waiter was just waiting to see where I settled. My waiter Aaron was friendly and attentive, and *tried to suggest something. The problem was, there were too many things I wanted to try! I settled on the fried oysters with a side of cajun fries. The oysters had a delicious seasoning and were well cooked. My only complaint was I felt they had too much breading to appreciate the oyster inside. Again, the breading was delicious - just too much. You get about 10 oysters. The fries were well seasoned as well, and quite plentiful. For dessert I had the caramel banana pie. It looked delicious, but for me, it was just too over the top. We have tried a variety of menu items and they have all been great! Poor boy (fish or oysters), tacos, shrimp étouffée, and more. The wings are the best, especially with the special! The service is good, however there are very few wait staff, if you go on Tuesday or Wednesday, expect to wait a bit more.
